She said she'll have the seller's signature by the morning. Lo and behold, she ghosted us for 3 days, and came back on the 4th day saying that another buyer placed an offer, and that we would need to raise our offer if we wanted to get the house!! Basically, she wanted to start a bidding war. We declined to participate in her dirty games and withdrew our offer. Just in case you didn't catch this, she was showing the house AFTER she gave us her word and AFTER she received a written contract from us that was just waiting on the seller's signature. I have never had such a horrific experience with any professional in any industry in my entire life. Everybody has to buy a house at some point. If you want to buy a house and feel good about it do everything in your power to never deal with this woman. I'm honestly still just blown away at how nasty and transparently greedy Jean Kaye is. I had to go to Arizona to help my business partner while he was dying from pancreatic cancer a few months ago. Jean and her boss (I asked her name. She was nasty and evasive evasive so she didn't tell me. these two gems made no qualms about explicitly accusing me of lying of going to Arizona at all away at all and certainly never inquired as to the state of my friends because they don't care lol. I just kept thinking "is this really going on???" After my partner died and I got home they Evicted me from a home because they wanted to sell it and literally locked me out of a joke I've lived in for over three years and put me on the street and never mentioned to anyone that they were acting illegally! Imagine that. ... Neither of these women ever inquired as to know the actual circumstances of my friends death but on multiple occasions would send me text messages giving me fictitious examples as to why they knew that I was hiding in Pennsylvania as if I owed them money or something! This agency is the most unprofessional, disgraceful real estate agency you could ever have the…read moremisfortune to do business with! I had my house up for rent with this agency & unfortunately for me the tenants ended up having a personal relationship with the agency staff! These tenants turned out to be even more disgraceful then the agency staff! They were scam artist who intentionally attempted property damage to try to collect insurance payment & were supported by the agency as these tenants could do no wrong in their eyes! After I finally got them out of my house & said good riddance! The agent that was supposed to be my eyes & ears as we reside on the west coast & the house is on the east, intentionally left damages to my house unreported. She never provided accurate pics as agreed & purposely led us to believe all was well with our home & was ready for the new tenants. It wasnt until the tenants took up occupancy that I learned from pics/reports from the new tenants the condition my home was left in! When I tried to take up the issue with the manager of this location she was unprofessional/confrontational & disgraceful!!! Continuing even after the tenants vacated property to aid them stating the house was left in pristine condition & tenants did no wrong!!! After I let her have a peice of my mine & a few choice words I filed a BBB complaint against them! Hope this helps all you people out their who are in need of real estate services. Terrible stay booked through All Pocono Rentals…read more Here are just a few of the issues we faced during our stay in Horatio, PA. Needless to say, the home was not taken care of in the least bit. Also, the home had multiple issues which could have led to lawsuits. Some pictures were taken and have been attached: - Dirty filter in pool. Backup filter was even more dirty - Broken patio umbrella - There was NOT a game room as advertised - Kitchen stool was broken nearly causing a bad injury - Bugs throughout the house especially in bathrooms - Spider webs throughout house - Broken soap dispenser in Master Bedroom - One guest was bitten by bugs while in Hot Tub After all these issues you would think All Pocono Rentals would have provided some type of customer service. They did not. After 3 weeks of dodging my emails(they claimed their property manager was on vacation and had poor service/could not be reached), they finally issues a blanket statement saying: "We regret to inform you that we cannot offer any form of discount or refund because the issues were not reported during your stay. We are a full-staff Property Management company and we cannot prevent issues from happening, but we are equipped to deal with them in a timely fashion to assure guest satisfaction. However, if those are not reported to us, there is nothing we would be able to do." My advice, stay away from All Pocono Rentals. Stick with more reputable sites such as AIRBNB/VRBO. My assumption is that booking through these sites should lead to a more customer service-centric result. PS: All Pocono Rentals has a VIP program where they discount users who leave 5 star reviews.
