We received a borough utility bill on 6\13, submitted for payment on 6\13. The system indicated the earliest it could be paid was 6/19. The bill was due 6/23. The check was dated 6/19, the borough did not process the check until 6/25, thus accruing a late fee. This is not the first time this has happened. Either PNC needs to allow processing less than six days or the borough needs to be more timely on their end to process payments. read more

Whatever you do - do not open an account with PNC bank. If you have an account - you may want to consider taking your business elsewhere. Their incredible incompetence is astounding. I wouldn't give them 1 star. I've done business with quite a few banks in my 40 years and can say with 100% accuracy that PNC Bank is the worst bank in the business. As soon as you enter the building you are met by a woman with a clipboard asking you what you want. You tell them and they refer you to call a phone number. You call that number they gave you and it turns out to be a fax number. Then you go back and they say they can't help you and give you the right number. Only that isn't the right number either. They act like your there to rob the place. The worst customer service I've ever received from a bank and it wasn't even called "service". It's like don't come in my building you can do everything on line or by calling a phone number. read more

I have been so happy with the majority of services with PNC for the last umpteen years, but lately I am not so sure. I have no problem with any of my local Brick and Mortar bank employees but the online chat service is dreadful. For some reason my home address in my personal profile does not match my mailing address on the web site. I live in one of those areas where we no longer have mail boxes and go to the local post office. This area falls under two zip codes and mine was changed along with the postal office I receive my mail. If my mail goes to the old postal address, it will be lost to me forever - for some reason the internet has not updated itself to reflect this decade long change and government sites react the same way. When I attempted to rectify this situation the online chat agent said that I need to use a different browser. I asked how that would help and I received no response....hence this review. Very sad and now I will be stuck with customer service on the phone after having wasted at least 2 hours on tis issue on the website supplied to me to take care of these matters. Very Upset - read more

My teller was a fantastic guy with an equally fantastic mustache that I complimented him on. He helped me straight away with what I needed to get done and he was kind and friendly as well. Place was also nice and clean, so if/when I have to stop in again, I'll be happy to do so. read more

Violet is the most amazing woman to speak with when you're in need of financial guidance. I would recommend her to anyone who's out there with questions or concerns. read more

I love PNC. They have always treated me fairly. However, there is a very unreasonable and rude woman named Carolyn working at this branch. She has been the only person who was not helpful or kind in all my 15 years at PNC. Please avoid her at all costs. read more
