There was a female employee who admitted she knew very little about fireplaces. A male employee just happened to be walking into the counter area and was advised we were seeking assistance with fire places. He rolled his eyes and told the other employee what website to pull up on fireplaces. The male employee jumped on a customer that just happened to walk into the office and simply ignored assisting us. I looked up on their website before coming as to what they offered. Just advised the counter clerk not to bother and walked out. This was our first time a WHBS and it will be the last. Obviously they don't care about their customers. Funny, there is a sign outside of the store indicating all customers are welcomed.

We walked in and found the lumber section, everything was very well organized with lots of options, and I was really glad the pricing was clear and visible. After searching for a bit a worker came over to help us grab some items. He told us that he had a lot of experience helping other people build this table before and was ready to answer any and all questions. He also helped us find the right measurements and cut the wood for us. He was so incredibly helpful and super nice, it was amazing! I wish I had gotten his name! Disappointed - Product Not as Advertised and No Response from Company…read more I purchased a solar wax melter from this company because the listing clearly stated it included a stainless steel tray. What I received instead was an aluminum tray -- a clear downgrade in both durability and value. I emailed the company twice (on May 12 and May 23) and called three times (on May 15, 19, and 22). I never received a response. During this time, they changed the product description on their website -- first removing the mention of stainless steel, then replacing it with "a tray," and now listing it as a "black aluminum tray." This tells me they knew the original listing was inaccurate but chose not to address it directly with customers. The product itself may still function, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable for a product at this price point ($174.01 including shipping and tax). I expected more professionalism and honesty from this business. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve their communication and accuracy in advertising. I would not recommend purchasing from them until they demonstrate better customer support and clarity.
