I contacted LG directly about my problems and was told the Control Panel on the dishwasher was under warranty?? Why didn't Nick tell me that?. A-1 was prompt a coming out, knowing they would collect their inspection charge. After that, no help at all. I did contact A-1 and explained about what LG had said, but I received an explanation that they would have no way of knowing about the Warranty on the Control Panel. That shocked me because when I did my research and spoke to them (Tracy twice) I had read that they were a local LG representative.

After completing the inspection of the dryer, I was told that there is an additional fee of $159 for diagnosing the problem. This fee would be applied toward parts and service if I proceeded with him doing the work. After paying $318.00, he would not tell me what was wrong unless I paid an additional $159.00. I do not agree with paying for him to just tell me what was wrong with the dryer after already paying for the diagnostic fee. I will never call Daily Appliances or Donald Morgan for appliance repairs and highly recommend that whoever reads this do the same.

PWC came out and cleaned my furnace and insulated my home so well, that my energy bill is rarely over 300.00 a month in the winter and in the summer months, it has rarely been over 200.
