You got mad because I got the car wash and you had to close early. And then I get my car washed and then while I'm vacuuming my rugs, you shut it completely off. I said, can you please turn it back on so I can finish and then leave. He said, I don't know what to tell you. Normally this is a great visit, but today was a nightmare.

It was strange, as The pump capped me at $35 (about 12.5 gallons). No big deal, but then I noticed when I printed the receipt it stated 87 fuel! Wth!!!! As you can imagine, I was upset and concerned that my car would develop some type issue until the 87 fuel was used completely (such as an engine knock). I Spoke to the cashier who then went to get the manager. Supposedly I selected 91 but got charged for 87. Not sure if I should believe him. He put the out of service bag over the nozzle and went back inside.

I don't know the whole intentional or not but I would assume that the system should automatically recognize that I paid in cash inside but for some reason when I got home I realized I was being charged the credit card price which is an additional 10 cents. I get a lot of discounts at Shell because I have the application but I included the screenshot to show that I was basically charged an extra 10 cents per gallon for absolutely no reason. Not sure who this could happen by accident when I paid in cash.

Obviously anyone with half a brain knows change will be given. As I was pumping the gas, the kid locks the door to go on break, locking me out from getting my $30 change. After ten minutes of waiting and being harassed by a homeless person, I banged on the door. When the kid opened the door he got huffy and started using foul language. When I asked him his name he said "Don't worry about it". The last thing I need is to wait for my change only to have to deal with this kid's minimum wage attitude. Sinclair, get your employees in check as I will be taking my two cars and truck to one of the many other gas station options on 6th Street. As a business owner myself, I would recommend Manager/owner should also have a way to contact them with complaints directly.

There's also now a fresh produce section so if you want something healthy you can get it here. Frozen slushies and fresh coffee here. They also have freshly made fudge but it didn't look as fresh and already packaged in plastic to go containers. They also have a bulk food section where you buy per container lot per pound. It's convenient because it's on the way to the freeway but that's about all it is convenient for. Inside the staff isn't friendly or helpful most of the time. You will almost always encounter homeless people here approaching people for money or food. There is a McDonald's behind this gas station, so it gets pretty crazy here at times. You will also find a lot of large semi trucks here. The car wash at this location also sucks. It doesn't wash your car well and it definitely doesn't dry your car at all! The dryers need to be fixed on this thing. You can see what I mean in the photos.
