She has had trouble finding someone to give her the cut she wanted, but Vale really delivered. She spent time consulting with my girl, taking the time to really understand what she was hoping for. She then delivered overall excellent service. She washed her hair and made her feel pampered. Then she did a beautiful cut that pleased even the pickiest little teen, lol. Lastly, she beautifully styled her natural curls. My daughter left really happy, which makes me very happy. Vale also started the appointment on time, which I really appreciated. My time is limited and I really appreciate when I feel my time is being valued and respected. She was very sweet and welcoming overall. They had water and little snacks available at the front, too, which was a cute and nice touch! Overall, a lovely experience here and we will return! :)

She wouldn't see me in person. She called from the salon late in afternoon. It was very noisy in background and she was speaking FAST. I could only hear something about negativity. I have moderate to severe hearing loss coupled with severe tinnitus. She wouldn't let me say anything as she spoke so fast. I managed to ask her not to put words in my mouth, which she rejected and kept uttering words I could barely hear. I had wanted to originally speak to her about the color of my hair she did a full hilight on. There was no way she would speak to me. When I asked her if she would see me one last time, she said she didn't want to "touch my head" I have never complained about her in 11 years. I've been going to her every 7or 8 weeks consistently. I even wrote the owner of the salon Taryn. Her response back was only that she has the right to choose who she wants to service. I get that. She neglected to address that I couldn't hear/understand WHY?! Very unprofessional in my opinion. Thankfully I have found someone who actually gave my hair some style, nice color and way less expensive. I had no idea my type of hair could be styled in any other way than she had for all those years. My new stylist has 30 years of experience, so maybe that's what made the difference. This unprofessional "break up" was a blessing in disguise.

Once I arrived, Gen (my stylist/owner) and I discussed all the different routes we could go and what would be better for my lifestyle and how regularly I planned to upkeep. It was a long process (highlights, toner, color, cut, blow dry), but she was extremely gracious and kind throughout. I even asked if we could take some length off, which was way more than the trim I originally asked for and she was very accommodating. The end result was amazing - exactly what I wanted and a true testament to her coloring expertise as my hair is now so dimensional and fun! I felt well taken care of and the vibe here is awesome (chic decor and amazing music playlist). The stylists are truly incredible, as they really care about what they're doing and making sure their clients look and feel their best. It's located in a shopping center right on Bird Road, so there's parking available right out front. Will definitely be coming back!

Iza is genuinely the best hair stylist I've ever been to. But Iza is so insanely talented and ahead of her years, she's so understanding and really takes the time to understand what you truly want and bring it to life. She has the true eye of an artist, taking every moment to carve out the layers you wanted, the shape that you asked for, and she does the finishing touches with such a careful hand and observing eye to make sure every single hair is the way you want it. She did my first big chop in a decade on me, letting me know that i needed to lose a lot of length in order to get my hair back to a healthy state, and even though I didnt intend on cutting my hair short- the cut she gave me was the best cut I've had honest to god in my whole life. I finally understand why they say hair is therapy. Generally, I've always been under the impression that it's better to cut wet bangs longer than intended, so you can go in and fix after the blow dry. Unfortunately, my bangs were cut /very/ short and.... Looked even /shorter/ after the blow dry . This was heartbreaking, as I had communicated and received a verbal confirmation on desired length. I was given a groupon as a Christmas gift for a Botox hair treatment at this Salon... thanks mom…read morefor telling me my hair needed some TLC... to my surprise the treatment was not bad at all. Let me begin by saying that I am extremely picky with hair products, styling and treatments, I've had a couple bad experiences that were enough to put me off of any salon at all, but seeing as she had already purchased the groupon I took the chance. Upon calling, the owner didn't speak English, but tried to work with me on making an appt. I was able to get something for the following week which was great. I went in on a Thursday evening at 6pm and was greeted by a nice woman who would be doing my hair. The salon itself was empty, there was only one other person there doing their nails, but it had plenty of room between stations and about 3-4 hair stations and 3-4 nail stations so that's a good sign. I can judge much on the treatment as It was my first one and I really don't have anything to compare it to, but it was an easy process, not too time consuming and the woman working on my hair definitely took her time and gave my hair the attention it needed. I love how my hair came out upon leaving so I will probably be back for another treatment. My only concern with going back for other services is that my Spanish is pretty awful and it seemed that the only Employees there that evening spoke only Spanish. I wouldn't want a miscommunication when trying other services, aside from that, give this place a try. It seems well worth it!
