I also love that she really figured out the exact lash style I like and can give me that same consistent look every single visit. You can tell she actually thinks about your eye shape and the look you're going for. A lot of places just do what's easiest, but Hayley is intentional and it shows. I was never refunded and had to get a refund through my bank. My friend made an appointment and showed up to find nobody there and she waited for two hours and texted and called the lash tech who never replied or showed up. Honestly, not even sure she exists or if this is a real business. Be mindful cause there is a fair chance this is a scam.

She washes my lashes each time, make sure they match my eye shape, and make sure each lash is perfect. Getting lashes can be time consuming but the time and effort is worth every penny. I feel like I'm not even wearing lash extensions because they are so light and airy. I have never had an issue with retention even if I have waited 3-4 weeks or longer they still look beautiful. I would never let any other lash artist near my eyes after coming to Becky. No one can do lashes like she can.

After my last fill with another salon I decided not to go back and get my fill done with Jaime instead and so happy I picked her! I know my lashes aren't as thick so they can't be exactly what I want but she did it! They're fluffy and have random long ones which I like! I'm so picky and so over going to someone new every time but I think that has come to an end, finally! Literally one thing will keep me from going back to someone, but there isn't one bad thing I can really say about her work! At my first visit she was incredibly warm & welcoming and I immediately knew I made the right decision. She did a fill (from someone else's work) and then recommended a complete removal and new set at the next visit. She also gave me a goodie bag with lots of fun little surprises and a coffee mug I actually use in the morning :) Not to mention, provided the most thorough education I've received to date on how to take care of my natural lashes and the extensions. I've been seeing her religiously every 2 weeks since the move and highly recommend her! Great music & great conversation throughout the visits. AND she's super helpful with recommendations on anything we talk about - follows up text with resources, etc. It's pretty rad. Everything - the color, shape, thickness, length, etc was taken into consideration. The entire visit took just over two hours with consult. The procedure, while not a natural feeling to close your eyes and have someone flutter above you, was painless. We listened to music I enjoyed and talked about silly life happening and were just quiet sometimes. There was no pressure to talk and the silences were not awkward. It was very relaxing overall. I have only had the silk extensions for less than 24 hours, but so far I am sold! To wake up and not have to do makeup has been a dream for many years! I am not a girlie girl, but have always worn mascara and now I can have that look as soon as I roll out of bed in the morning! I reached out to other studios and they told me that the wrong rod was used on my eye and I would need to get this relaxed. When I brought that up to Glenda, she told me this is normal (once again) and that this is just how my eyelashes react to this process, but that she could try to make it even. My eyelashes became even more curled and uncomfortable. On top of this, she left the room a number of times while I had the perming solution on my eyes. This made me uncomfortable because I had never had these products on my face and did not know how I would react. I thought this was a normal process, but I have gotten my lashes lifted twice since this service, and each time it has been significantly more comfortable and the results have been better, for over half the price. Additionally, my artist has never left the room, and ensures I am comfortable the entire time.
