I'm SO glad I came to see Jaime! I've had her booked marked on my yelp for quite sometime because her pictures are what I wanted! I don't know why I didn't come sooner and just do a full set with her! After my last fill with another salon I decided not to go back and get my fill done with Jaime instead and so happy I picked her! I know my lashes aren't as thick so they can't be exactly what I want but she did it! They're fluffy and have random long ones which I like! I'm so picky and so over going to someone new every time but I think that has come to an end, finally! Literally one thing will keep me from going back to someone, but there isn't one bad thing I can really say about her work! Good: she's gentle can barely feel anything, bed is the comfiest I've laid on, takes her time, asks what you like , gives you a awesome goody bag, teaches you how to clean lashes, brushes them throughly often throughout the process, eyes didn't burn, eyes didn't feel teary, no lashes stuck to the bottom, she did my bottom lashes for free!! Bad: parking!! Ugh that sucked! I came almost 20 minutes early and was 4 minutes late! So make sure to arrive early to find a spot! I didn't think it would be that busy since I had a 10am appointment but I was wrong! But that's not her fault obviously she's fabulous at what she does! I think I found my new lash artist! Thank you Jaime!!! I love my lashes!!!!!!!!!! X3 read more

I'm so lucky to have come across Jaime in my recent move to Portland! I did a bunch of research and was super nervous coming to a city where I knew nobody. At my first visit she was incredibly warm & welcoming and I immediately knew I made the right decision. She did a fill (from someone else's work) and then recommended a complete removal and new set at the next visit. She also gave me a goodie bag with lots of fun little surprises and a coffee mug I actually use in the morning :) Not to mention, provided the most thorough education I've received to date on how to take care of my natural lashes and the extensions. I've been seeing her religiously every 2 weeks since the move and highly recommend her! Great music & great conversation throughout the visits. AND she's super helpful with recommendations on anything we talk about - follows up text with resources, etc. It's pretty rad. Overall, I'm incredibly grateful for the positive energy and passion Jaime brings to every single fill. As long as I'm in Portland, she's my gal! read more

I've had eyelash extensions done several times by a few different people. Jaime at Fluttery Lash Design is unequivocally the best. Let me break it down for you... The studio. It's clean and comfortable. Both of which are deal breakers for me. Jamie goes above and beyond comfort by providing a blanket and keeps the room temp to whatever feels best for the client. Quality of material & technique It's clear that Jamie takes a lot of pride in the type of lashes, glue, etc she uses to make sure you look and feel amazing and that your natural lashes are well cared for. Jamie has a very gentle hand in how she applies lash extensions. You could totally fall asleep during a session, if that's what you're feeling. Also, Jamie is one of those people that can connect with just about anyone. She's down to earth and genuinely cares about people. First time I was there I felt like I'd made a new friend. When you spend a couple hours every few weeks with a person, that matters. Overall, I've always been 100% satisfied with my eyelash extensions done by Jamie. If you're looking for high quality lashes, Jamie is your girl. read more

Jaime Hazerian at Fluttery Lash Design, was amazing probably the best conversation and quality work! And she was very opening to questions and was well knowledgeable! Which is always great when you are spending a large sum on money for a short investment. I received the hybrid lashes and I really loved how they turned out. I've had them done before and this experience hit my above my expectations! I will definitely come back and highly recommend Jaime! -Tc read more

This review should have been done soooo long ago.. Hoping this review leads to many of you avoiding a bad lash experience because that's the worst! I'm just saying, if you know better you'll do better. When you book with Jaime you can expect an incredible experience. Not only will you get the lashes that you've always dreamed of, but you'll have long lived retention of those dreamy lashes. You also get the added bonus of being around a genuine person. Jaime is a beast with it! She is well versed in different styling techniques (I show her different lash inspirations off of Pinterest all the time and she ALWAYS knocks it out of the park) She also equips you with knowledge of at home care to keep those lashes fluttery until your next fill. read more

AAAAHMAZING!!! You will NOT be disappointed!! The best lash artist everrrrr!! Jaime is extremely knowledgable in lashes and stays up to date with the continuing development of lash products. She takes great pride in her work and is willing to take the time needed to perfect each set/fill. She is professional, dependable, and a perfectionist. She uses 5 star products and doesn't just focus on applying lash extensions for volume or length or both (depending on the client's request), but also includes maintaining and caring for your natural lashes. Follow her care instructions and your lash set will definitely last 3-4 weeks, depending on your lash cycle. Once you lash with Jaime I promise you will never look for another artist. She not only does awesome work but she also has an awesome personality. She is sweet, easy going and genuine. Your lash session can easily be that of quiet and relaxation or "girl talk", whichever you are in the mood for. And then there is her artistry and skill continued into makeup application and face painting. Both of these she has an excellent hand and eye for. My daughters and I have had makeup application for special events and face painting for fun. She is truly incredible and perfectly cut out for this field of work. Her work will leave you looking and feeling beautiful every time!! read more

I've been getting my lashes done by Jaime for a couples months now and I have to say she is simply the best! She makes the whole lash experience a breeze, I genuinely enjoy my time. I've been getting lash extensions for months, previously going to wink but was never satisfied with the results. Jaime BLEW ME AWAY, and she is definitely now my go-to. It had been a month since my last fill so she was pretty much working with nothing (see first pic) and she was completely able to transform my lashes. I'm so happy with the results. Thank you Jaime!!! read more

This woman has forever changed me and Portland Oregon has gained the best lash girl I have ever seen! I am not a make up girl and I love to workout so I was originally nervous about getting lashes because I didn't know if they would last or be worth it--but Jaime is beyond amazing with volume and so generous with her time --I did what Jaime suggested in terms of lash care, etc and my lashes lasted for 3-4 weeks each visit without changing my workout habits, lifestyle, etc. The only issue I have ever had with her was her decision to move out of state I got so many compliments on my lashes when I was seeing Jaime and aside from all of that--she is a lovely person and I looked forward to seeing her at my next appointment each time! read more

Jaime is the best of the best! You will never find a lash expert that does what she does. Her work speaks for itself...she provides you with top of the line products and leaves you with a work of art on your face. Her work ethic and perfectionism will never disappoint. She takes pride in providing an amazing experience and giving the client what they want and more. Jaime also guides you and teaches you not only how to take care of your natural lashes but also your new lash set as well. She is constantly educating herself on new products and techiques to give you the best. She will.also provide samples of priducts for you to try out to ease your uncertainty. Her personality alone makes you feel at home. She is one of the kindest and most generous person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond for her clients, making you feel like family. She alao provides other services including makeup application and face painting. I have had the opportunity to experience these services as well and was blown away by the result. My children have solicited her face painting services and Jaime did not disappoint giving them anything they asked for, including pretending to give my (7yr old) daughter lash extensions! Jaime listens to what you want and delivers more than what you can ever ask for. You will walk away feeling more beautiful than you ever thought. She is amazing and truly an artist. read more

Jaime is pretty amazing. I know there are a lot of places that do eyelash extensions and it's really competitive. I am a gal of opportunity so I will occasionally stray from her (especially when I forget to budget for it), but I find myself coming back to her every single time. If money weren't an issue, I would choose Jaime hands down. She is a bit on the pricey side, but she is so worth it. She is so open-minded and doesn't just do the normal black lashes; she uses color lashes, ombré lashes, sparkling lashes-you name it, she probably has it. Every time she's done with me, I always get oohs and ahhs from men and women. I love getting pampered by Jaime! read more

Jaime has been "managing" my lashes for the last year or so. She does a fabulous job. Once in a while I ask for greater diameter or length and she changes things up and makes all the lashes blend naturally. Recently she has started tinting my brows and I love it. No more eyebrow mascara! I found Jaime when I was searching desperately for a new lash artist because my current one was moving to Florida. I've been so happy with the twice monthly visits in her comfy, relaxing studio. Being in her care feels very luxurious and safe. Fluttery Lash Design is really convenient because it's located in the heart of SE PDX--super easy access by car, bike, or on foot, and free abundant parking. read more

Jaime is extraordinary at her craft! She was so knowledgeable about the different types of lashes that are available on the market. She only carries the best products which includes a hypoallergenic adhesive. I had zero irritation and she was extremely friendly! I wouldn't go to anyone else. I am doing a bikini competition and asked her for dramatic lashes, which is exactly what I got!! I was so pleased. read more

Fluttery Lash Design - Love my lashes!! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Portland, Oregon

Jaime has only been with us in Portland for a year now but we're so lucky to have her. I've switched lash places 4 times now and she is the best I've been to. She gives me exactly what I'm looking for every time, plus she's the best conversationalist when you'd like someone to chat with but also respects when you'd rather just nap and wake up beautiful. The lashes that she uses are so light but make a huge impact. Again, I'm so glad I found her! read more

Got my lashes done about 2 weeks ago and they still look great. I've had them done by a different salon before and my eyes burned when I opened them but when I got them done at fluttery by Jamie my eyes didn't water or burn at all. I can't feel them at all either. Love my lashes :) and Jaime also gives you lots of useful after care stuff to take home! read more

Jaime took care of my lashes for about 3 years. She's terrific. Some lash artists charge by the hour. Jaime takes as long as necessary to make sure your lashes look terrific each time. I remember going for an eye exam shortly after a fill and my doctor commenting on how natural my lashes looked. I really appreciated that even after doing lashes for a couple of years she still continued to train with other experts to learn new techniques and be certified for additional products. I would recommend Jaime to anyone who wants beautiful lashes without worrying about bad reactions! read more

I had heard pretty good things from a co-worker who got extensions done for a wedding. I was interested in a Lash Lift but didn't know where to go. I decided to give Jaime a try. I booked an appointment and a few days later I was at her private studio. I was still apprehensive of how it would turn out but Jaime's friendliness and fun conversation eased any anxiety. She was so patient and professional with my sensitive lashes. The Lash Lift was quick and painless! Plus my lashes looked fabulous! It was time well spent away from my kids during this Covid crisis LOL read more

I started seeing Jamie on a recommendation from a friend who always has the BEST lash extensions around. I was telling my friend that I was looking into brow lamination & wasn't sure if there was anyone in the area who did it. Low & behold, she mentioned Jamie was starting to do it & that I should see her. I jumped at the chance and was so glad I did! My brows are nice, full & fluffy now & I feel comfortable going out without eyebrow make up on, which was definitely not the case before. In addition to eyebrow lamination, she also did a lash lift & tint as well, which was great. Can't recommend Jamie enough for quality lash/brow services as well as her friendly & thoughtful personality. read more

Jamie is so fun, sweet, and professional. My lashes last forever and going to see her is like a little therapy session. She does amazing work and is so hard working. Couldn't be happier to have her work on me read more

My heart aches knowing Jamie is now so far from me. Jamie was my go-to lash artist in Los Angeles. After getting different sets of varying qualities over the years, I stumbled upon Jamie after making my friend an appointment. During our first session, we discussed where my lashes had been and where she was going to take them. In the year to come, I could not have even imagined the perfection that would take place. n addition to putting out killer lash sets, her knowledge of Xtreme lash products, techniques, and professional demeanor is 10/10 incredible. Jamie is a true master at her craft, the time, attention to detail, and easy going personality makes her a triple threat. I was seriously considering flying to Portland from LA to receive my fills... THAT is how great she is. If you have the chance of getting your lashes blessed by this goddess, DON'T WAIT!!! I read more

Jaime is the best in the biz! Love how beautiful my lashes looked and felt so light and natural! Go See my girl!

I wold recommend Jamie to anyone who is looking for a beautiful set of lashes! She really takes the time to understand what you're looking for, and was great about explaining after care. I was concerned they would not hold up with my trips to go horse back riding, spin classes, and gym sessions; they held up great even though I live a sweaty, active lifestyle. On top of that Jamie is lots of fun to chat and laugh with while you're getting your fills! read more

Jaime has the most exceptional customer service. I contacted her about coming to her after having poor retention with my current eyelash extension (for reference I've been getting extensions for 2 years). I saw Jaime on Yelp and was AMAZED by her work, I mean what she does is beyond incredible. After I booked my appointment she texted me all the details, and basically had a mini consult with me and made me feel such relief. Her accessibility, generosity and above and beyond service is commendable. I have not gotten my lashes done by her yet, because I decided to give my lash artist one more try (because I have a great relationship with her already and believe in second chances), and Jaime was so understandable about the cancellation. I told her I will recontact her if I keep having issues and I really mean that. I am heartbroken missing out on opportunity to get work done by her, but look forward to seeing her in the future. You'd be lucky to have her as a lash artist! read more

Jamie is amazing! She does a outstanding job on making lashes looks natural but bomb. She does a great job at matching lashes for your face type while making them aboslutly fluttery. The uses great products, per their company, they do not test on animals and the glue doesnt botter my eyes at all unlike some other lash places I have been to! read more

Jaime was recommended by my cousin, she did my lashes for almost a year here in California. She is the BEST !!! My lashes looked so natural the look I was going for. It felt light, like if there were my own lashes. Everyone always commented on how pretty my lashes were. She is great on what she does, no chunk of adhesive seen very clean and professional. I loved my lashes. I miss Jaime. Looove my lashes by Fluttery Lash design. Saves time when getting ready and lashes look amazing all day long. Don't believe people that say "It damages your natural lashes" obviously they haven't gotten them done by a professional like Jamie. I took a "lash break" when I was traveling abroad and as soon as I returned I got my lashes done and my natural lashes were unharmed. Never going back to mascara and I recommend everyone give lash extensions a try, promise you won't regret it! read more
