I needed an nonworking outlet fixed to install a bidet in the bathroom. They were quick to reply to my inquiry. Explained costs and inspection ahead and talked me through their process as they were inspecting and investigating the issue. They also installed a new gfci outlet for me in a better position for the bidet. I would do business with them again for other projects around the home. Thanks again! read more

Voltex Power Solutions - Ceiling Light - Electricians Near Me

I want to reiterate how nice Hector is. Unfortunately I had another electrician come by today to give us a quote for rewiring our house....we don't need to do that. Rewiring was advisement from Hector. And an outside light has been on after he left that is no longer connected to the switch. So we could not turn it off. I do not want anything from Voltex-just updating my review. Again, Hector was very nice and we appreciate that he did get the lights working. read more

Service was great I would recommend the job they did was done very fast quality work great service very knowledgeable

Huge shout out to Hector! I reached out through Yelp in search of an electrician to get a quote for wired security camera installation, outdoor outlet (for holiday lights), garage outlet, closet outlet, bathroom outlet, recessed outlet for a tv, and 4 ceiling light installation. Hector immediately responded back. But unlike most of the electricians where I received quotes via text without seeing the house/ project requested, Hector came out and inspected the requested project and explained exactly what would be needed/ happen during the work. He was very flexible with scheduling and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them, and would use them again for any future electrical work. read more

Worked with Hector to get my hot tub wired up. He was timely, professional, and communicated well.reasonable pricing. Very happy overall!

I contacted Daniel to troubleshoot some electrical issues I was having at a rental property of mine. His responses were quick, he arrived on-time as scheduled, repaired the work swiftly. Daniel explained the work that needed to be done and the cost associated with it. His prices were extremely fair. Couldn't have asked for a faster response. He provided before and after photos showing what he completed. I would definitely hire him again for any other electrical issues I have. Highly recommended. read more

They did a great job and did it at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Hector was super helpful with figuring out an issue with my home EV charger. He responded quickly and was very knowledge. Ultimately, there wasn't anything wrong with my charger and he didn't charge me for the inspection (which is so rare these days). I have his number saved and look forward to working with him in the future! read more

Hector and his team have done a few projects for me. Hector takes the time to explain everything that is going on and I feel that he gives me his honest assessment along with options to consider. I also found that he didn't charge a fee for an estimate, which a lot of other electricians do. read more

I requested a camera with floodlight installation. The project turned into a new circuit with a new electric receptacle, camera with floodlight and a number of feet in pipe installation. It was all worth it. I thank Hector for his quick response and quick-to-action when it came to the project. I believe the price was fair, 380, but maybe other yelpers can chime in to agree or disagree. Day of the quote, Hector was right on time, in fact should up earlier. I explained the project and he gave his professional opinion, which I valued. We set a time and date. Day of the project, hector was approximately 30-40 minutes late, but responsive via texted even when he was 10 minutes out. It was neither her nor their. If you value your time, give your project an hour on the front end and on the back end. Regarding the project, I would have appreciated a start time and end time of the project an a bit more explanation on the work being done. I had done my research and understood, for the most part, what would be done and what terms were used to explain the project but the walked through day-of seemed rushed. If you value being informed, I suppose you have to be extremely direct with the electrician. I also got the sense, that Hector is only there to do that specific job/project you have. If you mention any other electrical related job or potential project, you will be met with "you will have to do x or y (insert electrical term)" as if you have a clue about electrical. From a business standpoint, I would capitalize on this and ask the client if they would like to add it as a separate service/job and give the quote, after all how long can it take if you do this day in and day out, but I digress, I'm not an electrician. Back to the project; I checked in a few times, progress was being made, and finally the project was done. When the job was done, I asked for a receipt or a quote so I have a notion on what was used as far as parts and labor but was asked to send him a text requesting that information followed by an incoherent reason for not providing one, what does that mean Hector? Again putting it on the client to figure it out and again, I digress. Regardless, the job is done and I am pleased with it. I recommend this company if you do not mind any of the aforementioned. read more

A circuit at our house went out overnight & Hector was able to stop by the next day and troubleshoot the problem. He replaced 2 receptacles that were showing signs of wear and discoloration/heat damage that was causing the circuit to fail. Glad we replaced them now because over time they may have been a fire hazard. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. read more

During work on our drain pipes outside, we lost power to our sump pump. We were referred to Hector of Vortex Power Solutions. Hector came the following day and, despite the rains and the mud, he went under our house to investigate the problem. He found all of our wiring resting on the muddy ground, some of it gnawed through by rats. He sent us multiple pictures from his findings under the house. He came back the following day, laid plastic tarps over the mud, repaired the wires that required fixing, and attached all the wires to the beams, lifting them off the ground. Hector was professional, explained, with pictures, the scope of the work, and made all the necessary repairs in a timely manner and charged us a very reasonable amount. We would highly recommend Hector and Voltex Power Solutions. Thank you, Hector! read more

Quick reply and service was great. My garage lights were out after using a vacuum and I couldn't figured what was the problem because the breaker didn't trip. I contacted Hector and explained the situation. He provided with a reasonable estimate and expectations. He really knows what is he doing. Good job!!. He did a full diagnosis and fixed it in less than one hour. read more
