She was on point with the pricing! Cherie is very personable person and shared story of how the business started by his grandfather. So this is a family business. Cherie and Jose are siblings! I hate putting up Christmas lights, as does anyone who is ever hung off of a too short ladder, clinging to the gutter... Enter Ryan and Tyler. Will be using Light It Up for the rest of forever, because I can think of about 702 things I'm better at doing than dangling from my gutters. I'll leave this job to the pros :)

I got other quotes (yelp & in person) and just didn't have good vibes. Then my husband remembered the person that did the Tesla charger, the dr. When I met him, I immediately had a good feeling with him and the first thing I said to my husband was, he was a very nice man. Same vibe my husband felt, and he doesn't remember a lot of people. lol. Not that I interacted much with him when he gave me the estimate, I just felt it. Money is one thing but kindness goes a long way. So I decided to go with my gut instincts. He and his son were professional, respectful, and neat. Did not try to upsell or overpriced anything and was easy to work with. And they did great work too! I wanted to add an outlet up against my stairway and the only way was to cut through drywall. They did their best to cut as minimal as possible (small cut) Unlike others who will do what is easiest for them. That wasn't the case here. I appreciate it because they really took the time to care enough to do what was nice for my home and what was less work for me to repair. With so many contractors' outrageous quotes and questionable work and integrity, it's hard to find one you can trust and does good work, like the doctor. Trust worthy, clean, neat, nice and great work! Will be my go to electrician!

I had a light fixture that rusted out in our guest bathroom after an issue with the ventilation fan failing. I needed it replaced. I also had issues with 3 ceiling fans that needed replacing. CJ Bradley's Electric stopped by to give me an estimate and told me to contact him when I was ready. There was zero pressure from him to schedule and the estimate was fair. I scheduled an appointment for today and he showed up and had everything done pretty fast. His work is great and for a great price. I'm super happy with his workmanship. I highly recommend CJ Bradley's Electric and will be contacting him for other electrical projects soon.
