The store has a wide variety of vaping products, as well as many other novelty items. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Always happy to answer any questions. The prices are good too. Generally $5-10 cheaper than most other vape stores. read more

The new shop is nice inside but seriously the attitudes are just as bad as the prices . Also the staff isn't that knowledgeable .... so the mutation x v3 they are selling for $44 come on man thats $11 more than everyone else and also $150 for the ipv 3 . I dont think so . I understand that ya have overhead and just dumped all your money into the new location but thats obscene !!!! Also its not a good idea for the owner to be running his mouth about the competition and how to sabotage people . read more

I would never pay the crazy prices brick and mortars charge for hardware, just laugh at the silly prices and go online for your batteries and tanks like a sane person. As for the juice, selection is good, prices are average, but they have the best selection of clearance liquid, which is "expired", which is interesting to me, cause i read that liquid should steep in its bottle for 3-6months to reach optimal flavor, so isnt expired liquid really at its peak freshness? Well im not complaining about $7 30ml bottles that taste awesome. read more

Great shop! Stopped in because I found out they have some of my favorite juice! Worth the visit. I spent way more than I expected, but I got some quality gear. Shops like Voltage Vape Shop are few and far between. Great spot for advanced vapers or for those that are trying to quit the burners! Pay them a visit, you won't be dissapointed. read more

I've been here a few times. The selection of juice and hardware is excellent. The prices are absolutely crazy though. I understand there is overhead but then you need to find a way to sell more product rather than price gouging. A lot of things are selling for more than MSRP!!! Also, what's with the attitudes? I was trying to be friendly and start a conversation at this "lounge" but I felt like I was bothering the guy and he wanted me gone. This seems to be the general consensus with their customers. I heard they're opening a place next to the other three places in Enfield. Good luck with that with these prices. read more

Upon entering this cape shop,the men working looked up at me then continued talking without any greeting or asking if they could help. When I asked them for assistance,I was given a brief and rude reply. Any time I needed information, they acted like they were having to go out of their way to service me. Apparently their conversation about "smashing puss brah" was more important than assisting customers.. On top of that,the prices are extremely over priced in comparison to other vape shops near by. I will never go to voltage again. read more

I agree with past reviews. These guys are a joke! High prices and huge egos...not a sustainable business plan. I will spare you the story that the wife and I experienced. I will say this though... what's up with spending over a hundred bucks and getting treated like criminals AND you can't sample a little taste??? WHAT????There are better shops around with staff that make you feel welcome and actually help you if needed. Try if you want but I were you, I would stay clear.... unless you want to be the next person telling us about how you got ripped off and treated like $hite!!! Way better experience waiting for you about 10mins. north! read more

The manager of the shop is the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful of any vape shop employee I've dealt with since I switched from cigarettes. Beyond their fantastic customer service, the selection is mind-blowing. Mech mods, regulated mods, drip tips, RDAs of every size and shape, and "over 200 juices" (He'll encourage you to try every single one, right in the shop). Prices are the best in the area, and you get 10% off everything in the store with a simple "like" on FB. $100 goes a LONG way if you're there just for juice. Voltage is amazing and my preferred vape shop. Not only is their selection great due to being one of the biggest vape shops on the east coast but the guys working behind the counter are awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable and are quick with jokes to keep you on your toes. Also most of them have beards and that makes a fellow beardo feel welcome. Also voltage is a cool place to just hang out and talk with the guys that work there. There's no pressure in the environment to purchase anything even though I do like to support them. And to this day all of supplies have been bought through them. They are extremely decent in price and have helped me out a few times when I was low on cash. As long as I live in the area I will always take a trip down to voltage to see what's new and to hang with some down to earth people. If you're in the area I highly suggest stopping by and checking it out. It's an all around great place. As far as events I have only been to one. Free pizza and soda and a raffle and prizes. All you can really ask for as far as free events go. But the awesome thing was I did get some free gear. Also I have been to a good amount of vape shops. Mostly in CT and in the Springfield area. Voltage, both in knowledge and selection, has blow any vape shop I have ever been to out of the water. The greatest flavors from the most popular names in the area. Also I have yet to find anyone that beats the knowledge found at voltage. I recently got my girlfriend in to vaping and voltage gives us a place to go and hang out together and try new flavors together. We both love voltage. Needless to say.... I frequent quite a few shops, and while most of them carry a large selection of the same thing, most shops don't want to help you find items that they don't carry. This is not the case with Voltage Vape. On multiple occasions I have been looking for a particular item and they either got it for me, or even directed me to the shop I could find it. This is a huge deal in the way of how customers should be treated. The Vaping Community is still small and relatively new, yet my experience with Voltage Vape feels like they have been in business for 75+ years! There is a large selection of flavors from various quality juice companies, including some right here in New England. I have been to this establishment on several occasions and noticed wether you are in there to spend $700 on high end mods, or just picking up a new coil for your starter kit you get treated well, and helped out as quickly as possible. I have always been greeted with a smile and had all my questions answered. I live about an hour away and it is well worth the trip!! read more
