After asking me how much shorter I wanted them, she actually handed me the nail clippers and suggested that I clip my own nails. I declined because I was there to receive a professional service. During the manicure, she accidentally filed into my skin, causing it to bleed slightly, and then immediately applied alcohol to the area, which was quite painful. She also grabbed the wrong polish color and generally seemed distracted and careless throughout the appointment. To top it off, the service ended abruptly. There was no hand massage or lotion application, which has always been part of my previous manicures. Instead, she put a small amount of cuticle oil on my nails and told me to rub my own hands together. Overall, the entire experience felt uncomfortable from start to finish. I felt judged for wanting shorter nails, and the service came across as rushed, inattentive, and unprofessional. I've had much better experiences at this salon in the past, which made this visit especially disappointing.

I had the Gel X Overlay Extensions. After 40 years of Acrylic tips with an overlay (on and off), I tried something new. Kateryna did a fantastic job and I really love my nails. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager that was walking around, but she was so nice and offered to bring beverages to the customers. Overall this place was wonderful and I will be back.
