They have a larger location closer to the Fendi flagship store; however, with it being around 10am during our morning stroll at the Spanish Steps it made more sense to check this one out. I was the second person to be ushered in and it looked like they had a few VICs already shopping before open to the public. What really resonated with me was how friendly they were and looking forward to helping me with my shopping needs. This shop has more than one level and is carefully curated taking advantage of every square inch of space within the boutique. Once it was my turn I informed them it would be a short and sweet shopping visit as I needed to pick up a wallet for partner's tia. They had the wallet in stock and we were able to get it boxed up and wrapped up for the holidays. Now the five-star moment that made me smile was how friendly they were to hot stamp my passport holder to have an emblem of the colosseum. It's a complimentary service but many stores don't have the ability to do it on the spot. They did it within ten minutes which made my stop to this shop more memorable. Shopping luxury in Europe is always cheaper than it is buying in the US. Make sure to have your physical passport so they can have the paperwork prepped and ready to go upon checkout. A photo of your passport will not suffice.

If you lose something at the security checkpoint, email oggettirinvenuti@adrsecurity.it. Note: They do not answer the phone, no matter how often you call. Contact Pelican Express: Once security confirms they have your items, contact Pelican Express with the details. They will guide you through the steps, including providing proof of ownership and an estimate of the cost to retrieve and ship the items. Pay Pelican Express: They will provide the total cost and a PayPal address for payment. Send Proof and Release Documents: Email Pelican Express all the required documents, including proof of ownership and any paperwork releasing the items to them. Be sure to CC the security station (oggettirinvenuti@adrsecurity.it) to keep everyone in the loop. Receive Your Items: Your items will arrive at your home or business. And she did not charge me as she did not replace anything. And provided great advice on what to do for similar problems. One fellow seemed offended when I didn't like the shirt he offered instead. I finally found one I liked and wanted to try it on -- but he wouldn't let me. Instead he gave me a shirt of the same size to try for a fit. I didn't like the way it fit my shoulders but he insisted that the fit "was the way it is now" -- gimme a break! If I tried I could've ripped it by inhaling and flexing (and I'm not a bulky guy). Then he was insulting me for not taking his advice and wasting his time. Rather than argue I just left. Too bad -- some of my favourites are from that shop -- I'll try another one.

When I asked for the information sku code or link she refused to give it to me or let me take a photo so I could return to purchase. I'll be coming back in a couple days and I hope to be helped by a different Sales associate. I expect better service from a Chanel boutique this really killed my experience
