Vodafone Ireland is one of most unprofessional companies I have encountered. Husband got into contact with them for getting internet connection. He waited for three months for them to finally come, I was sceptical about them but they offered free two months service to get them and we said ok, probably they feel our inconvenience so we had them install, we used internet from our phone that time we didn't have wifi but it is more convenient to have a service . In this two months, husband got to them that he would like to pay them directly from the bank account and give them numbers and all of information that they can take care of that automatically and they said that was how it is going to be . After that he is a really busy person and he has seen that the internet is not being paid, it came to an amount of 200€ when he first saw that they didn't do what they promised to do. So we paid 100€ and was planning to pay next week other part. Then we had problems with the router and where trying to get somebody to come and see what was happening and nobody never responded that they will send someone just done something automatically send some updates but that didn't work . Then my husband remembered they have had mailed two routers to our house, and we switched them ourselves and everything worked. We have all boxes and everything from the routers and keeping them safe, and use now that other one. After that we had to pay them rest of the 200€ so 100 and 40 from one more month. So we put a hold on that because they were a bit of jerks about our problem and with that payment mistake and we were planning to pay them next week because they were so lazy to take care of their customers. Now they unplugged the internet, that is their right we didn't pay, but they didn't give us no heads up they are going to do so, and now my husband went and payed whole amount, and they are going to take their time to plug it back from 15-25 days what last time meant 3 months when we where trying to get their services, time what they are maybe going to charge us, we actually can't know because we learned from how they work you can't trust them. We will probably get another server, because they are really unprofessional and not talking care of their customers treating them like they don't matter. We are not complicated people, very forgiving about mistakes, but what is too much is too much. We wanted to pay everything on time that is why we gave them all of information, they put us in a difficult position to have to pay a big amount at once that we couldn't and now we have that embarrassing situation where we where unplugged. At this point we don't have any dept to them, but I see it as unfair because they don't have regard for customers and no actual communication for problems than automated responses, and even not that when we where unplugged. I'm not angry but it is upsetting on this kind of problems because we really aren't people who don't pay their bills. We don't need anything for free, I was skeptic about that two free months but in that time it seemed to me like they really sorry and wanted to redeem, now I think I should gone with my intuition. We just want fairness and when you have an agreement about payments that would be honoured not like this. And I have to say I'm not an confrontational person or like to give bad reviews because I think everyone can have a mistake, but when it is so much mistakes and no regard for costumer I really think that is not ok, that is just our experience,internet while it worked was working good,but customer service is really bad I'm sorry to say that but it is what it is. read more
