I stumbled upon this place looking for late night options to feed a group of 25 people for several nights in a row. They were extremely accommodating, and offered delivery outside their normal business hours. We ordered from them 5 nights and every night they arrived on time, with the food fresh and hot. The Chicken Parmesan Sub was a hit and the Veggie Sub was surprisingly delicious that came with Pesto on it. The pizza was a little doughy to me, but the sauce and toppings were good. Overall, I would rate my experience a 9/10 because how friendly and accommodating they were, and the food about an 8/10. We will definitely be using them again! read more

This place can be hit or miss for me. It's much better when actually picking up your food than it is when ordering through an app, in my opinion. While I have never had an issue with the pizzas, I have had some consistency issues with other items. On my most recent order, my low carb bowl lacked in both flavor and ingredients. Sadly, it was not worth the price I was charged. read more

Service is awful the Latino guy was very nonchalant when I told him he cannot make my order and be on his phone. Dude your phone is dirty he got an attitude , unbelievable and then say what do you want do I want the order or not ? This location here off of backlick Road in the shopping center in Springfield Virginia . I would never come again the best location used to be on Richmond Highway but now they have closed that one looks like I have to find another spot read more

Our go-to pizza place. Always excellent! The BBQ chicken, deluxe and meat pizzas are our favorites.

I really love their chicken and hot pepper pizza! They do such a great job here, especially late night! read more

First time order from Vocelli Pizza, In my opinion the pizza was okay. Saw some great reviews but I think it's a regular pizza place. Probably might have to try again to identify what's so great about their pizza. Taste - 3/5 Quality - 3.5/5 Quantity - 3.5/5 read more

Called to try to make a delivery order because DoorDash doesn't allow you to modify items. Robby answered the phone and said we could call back and let them now what we wanted. Not even a minute after ordering he called right back and asked what changes we would like. The customer service blew us away and that was something not very many places would pay attention to. Definitely added extra points to the night. Thanks! read more

We order from Vocelli's twice a month and it always hits the spot. We love their Philly Steak pizza and often order their cheese sticks too. The medium size is definitely enough for two people and we almost always have leftovers. We recently also tried their Deluxe which is delicious! Definitely give these pizza's a try. read more

Very friendly man working, I was picking up 3 orders for Uber eats, after getting all 3 orders, the man gave me a pizza that hit the spot. I will order from here and refer other people to also order from here. read more

Woodbridge store makes better pizza then this one in Fairfax, I ordered pizza last week, thin crust is more of a cracker tasting which is what is says a little bit too overcooked, and hardly any sauce on the pizza, and I ordered their Stromboli, no calzone available but it was awful the crust didn't taste like normally it does it tasted more like white bread, had more of a bread flavor, and not like real NY style. So disappointing. Not ordering from there again. $10.00 dollar tip out the door. read more

Great pizza and the customer service is always on top. Even if you're ordering through doordash it always comes through amazing.

This Friday night was my personal night out, which means I basically get to eat whatever I want. All other time, I'm careful about the calories, but tonight would be much different. I knew what I wanted before I even arrived here, and I could have placed my order online, but I waited until I actually came to the location. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and marinara sauce. I almost broke my own rule because zi was think about ordering the Mediterranean salad because it's loaded with veggies and many nutrients. Since this restaurant only really specialized in delivery service and carry out orders, I basically waited inside of my car after I placed the order. The do have two tables situated outside for outdoor dining, but it was dusk and my car is more comfortable honestly. After about ten minutes, I ventured back into the restaurant to pick up my order. Thankfully, it was already prepared and ready to go. Back in my car, I couldn't help myself and I managed a small bite of the spaghetti. Wonderfully delicious as I expected. Hopefully I can make it back to my house before finishing off half of the food! read more

I ordered chicken tenders. This guy charged me $10 for 4 small pieces. He went in the back of the kitchen just brought it out. I suspect that it was a sitting there for few hours for some one who ordered previously who never picked it up and ended up giving it to me. I asked him did you even warm this up and why are you charging me $10 for this small chickens. He answered me with a strong accent that chicken price went up due to the pandemic. THAT'S BS! I don't trust this guy! read more

NEVER AGAIN!! I was so excited to try out Vocelli's today for the first time in YEARS but what a HUGE let down. I ordered a small Philly pizza and didn't even make it half way through the first piece. It tastes like NOTHING just bread. I also ordered their pizza roller apps and I could just throw up ! Tasted once again like just bread but I found a weird object in one of them as I was eating it. I felt like I was chocking, pulled it out and it was like plastic... Eww... Ended up throwing the whole box away! However their breadsticks are the best I've had anywhere, even though they can back down on the garlic a bit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Vocelli Pizza is genuinely the best pizza spot around Fairfax,Va. I myself have a very high standard when it comes to good old pies, if it isn't from New England I don't want it. Although, after trying Vocelli I can truly say they know what they are doing and do it well!! read more

food is really good and good customer service best pizza i ever had Me and my friends like buffalo chicken and bbq pizzas

Updating my review. I don't know what has happened with this location. I recently ordered delivery from here, a small veggie pesto pizza, house salad, and cannolis. Well the order came almost 2 hours after I placed it. The salad and cannolis were sweating from being in the pizza carrier (sitting on top of the pizza box). The pizza wasn't even hot. It was room temp at best. The pizza was oddly watery and did not taste very well. The salad was... Well your typical salad. At least the veggies were fresh. The cannolis weren't crunchy, the outside was soft. I couldn't even finish eating it, I threw it away along with a whole one. Such a shame. I will not be ordering from here again. read more

The customer service and management at this place is horrible. I ordered 2 wings, a pizza and cookies through Uber Eats and only received one item from my order, the cookies. I called and they said they thought it was "weird" that the order only had cookies on it, but the price was so high. I understand that these things happen with third party delivery services, but the fact that nobody looked into it and sent just the cookies out anyways is ridiculous. An order of only cookies is not $40+. The girl on the phone said that she was new, and her manager wasn't present so there's not much she could do. She took my address and told me she would have my food out to me in no time. No worries. I waited over an hour until I called again. This time, I believe it was the manager who told me that they tried to contact uber eats about my order before sending it out. WHY? I already dealt with uber eats on my end. Wouldn't you think sending the food out to a hungry customer who has already been waiting almost 2 hours would be the smarter thing to do? I guess not. I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant and it took the driver 35 minutes to get to me. The WORST PART is that the pizza was cold and mangled when it finally arrived. It looked like they had dropped it on the floor. I understand maybe being understaffed because of the pandemic, but the complete lack of care for customers ALREADY having issues is ridiculous. Please steer clear of this place because they don't care about their customers. read more

Not sure why bad posts...I eat here through yelp's eat24.com every Friday...Spinach salad is fresh, teaming with toppings including almost overly generous portions of high ticket items (bacon, mushrooms, feta), and pizza rolls are amazingly tasty pizza-like but not as much cheese (I am sensitive to cheese, but love it, so this works great!). Delivery guy always nice and on time. Thanks Vocelli, for moving us beyond big national chain pizza choices! read more

We don't live local but have been here every weekend to watch my son play baseball at GMU. We have ordered from here 3 weekends in a row, sometimes on Friday night and Saturday night an EVERY TIME it has been consistently pleasing. The quality of the food is good. The pizza is delicious. My husband gets the meat lovers and he's ordered it on cauliflower and regular crust and both were good. My son and I order the white garlic and Alfredo sauce pizza with toppings and it is always delicious. A couple times, they added a desert which was nicely surprising. We could order from here every week if we weren't trying to watch our weight. Very fresh and the pizza crust is really good. Not your average pizza bread. A little pricey but so worth it. read more

Just moved to the Fairfax/NOVA area last week and wanted to find a fairly cheap and good pizza place nearby. This is one of the first places that popped up while scrolling through my phone around 6:00pm on a weeknight. It was okay. Nothing special at all. Ordered a pepperoni/extra cheese pizza and cheese sticks. Pizza had less than a good amount of sauce and hardly any "extra cheese" like I had specified. Cheese sticks were cold and seemed as if they had been sitting out for a bit. I arrived to pick up the pizza in a prompt time. Therefore, I know the pizza being cold wasn't due to me being late to pick up. Overall, it was okay. It'll probably be a last resort for me from now on as far as ordering pizza goes. read more

I placed an order online, and the overall experience was FANTASTIC!! All these negative reviews do not compare to what I just experienced with the staff at Vocelli's Fairfax. The pizza was excellent!! I paid for a medium pizza in the middle of a snow storm with strong winds, to my surprise they arrived before their promised time and gave me a LARGE pizza at no extra charge. I will definitively be coming back. read more

My family lives around the corner, we pick up and never get delivery. I order online. We order pizzas for me (vegetarian) and parents and occasionally my husband (not). We always customize our order, and it is always correct. Every time I pick up (covid) staff are masked. The staff are friendly and very polite. My Dad who went to West Point and snuck into NYC all the time says this is his favorite pizza ever. He is 89 so that's huge. Try getting 89 year olds to eat. I am SO GLAD this wonderful joint is here for us to pick up an occasional break from cooking. Love it, read more

The management and employees at this location are great. They are super friendly and easy to talk to, which I appreciate since most pizza shops are in a rush. Their pizzas are by far my favorite! Super crunchy crust, not greasy, easy to take bites from, and delicious. I highly recommend Vocelli's, especially this particular one. read more

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and cheese bread through doordash because they had an offer for 15% off. The buffalo chicken pizza had no sauce and the chicken was beyond dried out. The cheese bread was flavorless and had hardly any cheese. I definitely will not order from here again. read more

Attention pizza lovers: the next time you feel like ordering a pie, order it at Vocelli Pizza. The last couple of times I came in to pick up my order, I was immediately greeted by the manager and the food was hot and ready. Must order items include the award winning Artisan pizza (a variety of 12 types), a stromboli (4 different kinds), and a healthy salad (5 types). read more

Called for delivery to my workplace on the recommendation of a colleague. All of a sudden my location is "not showing up on their GPS." Never mind that they have delivered here in the past (colleague has it numerous times), but when I plug the directions into the map the distance is well within their requisite 5 mile radius. That would be driving distance, NOT linear distance. Told me they would have the Vienna store call me (pointless because we are well further than 5 miles away). Knew I wouldn't get a call back and immediately called Papa John's who fulfilled my large order with no issue. Good thing I did because...surprise, I never got a call. Granted, this one order only lost them about $100 if business, but being that the office will be making plenty of pizza orders in the coming weeks and months, that's thousands of dollars walking away. Sucks for them, good news for Papa John's. read more

This place has much better quality food than the other delivery options around here. The mango habanero wings are insanely good, as are the pizza rolls, chicken sub, and the neopolitan crust is great on pizza. So everything Ive had has been good.. once I had an issue with an online payment and the manager bent over backwards to help me out. Good people and food here! read more

Let me start off by saying that I really like Vocelli... or at least I did. This particular store has given me nothing but problems. I've ordered from here at least five times since moving to Fairfax and not once have they gotten my order correct. Further, they are ALWAYS late. Today's example that prompted me to write this review... I ordered online with a delivery time of 11:15am. I actually received my order at 12:20pm. I ordered a medium thin-crust Hawaiian pizza and a medium pepperoni, jalapeño, and 1/2 mushroom pizza (among a couple other things). When I received my order - over an hour late - it was wrong. My Hawaiian was not thin crust. My other pizza was a Hawaiian that they also added pepperoni and, on half, mushroom and jalapeño. When I called to explain the error, the person who answered the phone told me mediums cannot come in thin crust. Okay fine... When I tried to explain why the second was wrong, the guy kept telling me what I ordered. I told him I KNEW what I ordered and explained no less than three times why the order was wrong. He finally understood after I told him to "stop and listen to what I'm saying" several times and said they'd remake the order and have it to me in half an hour. Also, when they deliver it to send back the incorrect one. The call was at 12:25pm and, an HOUR later, we still do not have the corrected pizza. They have made little to no attempt to make this right. Mind you, this is NOT the first time I've ordered from this location and not a single time have they gotten my order correct. Usually it's not so wrong that it prompts me to call, but today, I had to call. My son is allergic to pineapple, so just picking off the pineapple on the incorrect pizza is not a possibility. I'm thoroughly disappointed and will no longer be a customer at this location. How disappointing!!!! read more

Do not order from this location. I ordered a steak sub. It came with two very small pieces of steak. We called and explained there must have been a mistake, so they sent out another one exactly the same. When I bit into it, it was like they had dropped in sand or something. It was grainy and disgusting. We called for our money back. We were told the manager would call us back and they've yet to do so, even after our call back. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Horrible. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered my lunch online and it said a 30 to 45 minute delivery time. An hour later I called to see where my order was and I was told the driver couldn't find the place. Seriously couldn't find it even though it is just down the street!! Anyway, I ended up canceling the order and I had better receive my money back. Order delivery from here at your own risk!! I read more

I always go here and love their pizza but after realizing how they do not have any precautions for covid and don't have their masks on when making pizza or checking orders i don't think I'll come here again. Their masks are never worn correctly until you come in to pay and they put it on over their nose otherwise not put on right. Disappointed but not surprised. Also got my two large pizzas wrong and they were raw roughed pizzas. Don't go to this location for pizza, go to another one. read more
