Troy is an expert luthier, and his repair work (which we've unfortunately required...) is first rate. We are lucky to have Stamell around and supporting the Poughkeepsie area for strings. We're new to this area and are grateful to have discovered this friendly, inspiring place. The variety of classes is great and they're planning to add more. My husband and/or I have tried the "Move, Groove and Improve", Basics/Beginner Tap and Groove3 classes. They're all different and fun! You will not be judged here. I dance for the unique mental challenges it provides(btw, there are a LOT of STEM people in some of these dance communities!), because I'm tired of being clumsy, and to increase both my bone density and balance. I'm easily bored by most exercise so dancing is really a joy.
