I recently purchased a Steinway grand piano from Vincetore's Hudson Valley piano store. They had a…read moregood selection of Yamaha digital pianos in the showroom, but I really wanted an acoustic piano. Very pleased with my purchase and the service. The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. I give them five stars for their courtesy and professionalism.
