He always stands behind his products and everyone of the instruments I purchased from him was wonderful I even brought back instruments from him and purchase new ones, there was never a question just a smile and a call me if you have any problems. I would give them six stars if it was possible. Bruce Delaney

Mark promised he would tell me when he sold the drum, and i gave him my land line phone number, my cell phone number, my email address, and my home address in Barrytown. I checked frequently at first, then not so frequently. Almost three years later Mark told me the drum had been sold for $300 to a Bard College professor, but Mark said he didn't tell me because he couldn't reach me (I have a working recorder on my phone). Mark couldn't locate the sales receipt, and couldn't tell me the Bard College professor's name. Mark said he has thousands and thousands of receipts, and to locate just one would be almost impossible. I told Mark I would feel better showed me the sales receipt before he paid me, and to please keep looking. He is still looking. Our agreement was that Mark would get 20% commission of the best sales price he could get, I would get 80%.

But they have some nice Fender electric guitars (not a fan of Fender acoustics, though) and some of the Fender Squiers are nice, too. Looks like they're phasing out keyboards or maybe it's routine to only have two or three on hand. Extremely helpful and friendly service. JUst wish they had some evening hours and were open longer on Saturdays. Last I checked, they were open from 10-2 on Saturdays! Honest folks!

The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. I give them five stars for their courtesy and professionalism.
