The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. And that was the second piano I bought from him, the first one also had issues. With the total purchase price of over $40,000.00, I'd venture to guess that I'd never recommend this place...EVER! The service was awful too. Jeremy was always late or cancelling and he sent one of his helpers to install the damp chaser which was installed incorrectly and on several occasions sent some of his helpers to tune my piano and they did a terrible job. True story.
