The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. My wife (who plays) and I (who listen) were thrilled with the tone, quality, and condition of this instrument from the first time she played it. The first summer after we had bought the piano however, my wife had some trouble with two keys that were slow to spring back. Jeremy came to our house in the Catskills, tuned the piano, removed the piano action, eased all the keys, and tuned the piano again. The piano sounds more incredible than ever, the action is fully responsive, and the key easing was covered by our warranty.
