Dr. Vo is extremely friendly, personable, educated, knowledgable, and he has great bedside manner. His team is very friendly as well. I had an overall great experience here. One thing worth mentioning is that it took a bit longer to get my test results back than I anticipated but this may have just been due to my insurance though. Just in case anyone out there is wondering what types of insurance, Dr. Vo takes, I have Santa Clara Family Health Plan (or Medi-Cal). That being said, I think you need a referral from your primary care doctor first, in order to see Dr. Vo, with this particular insurance. Another thing worth mentioning is that the building where Dr. Vo has an office in San Jose has two sides to it and so it can get a little confusing when parking and looking for Dr. Vo's office so it might be best to give yourself extra time the first time you travel there. read more

Dear Dr. Vo, I would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent care and compassion you have shown me. Your professionalism, patience, and dedication have made a meaningful difference in my experience, and I truly appreciate the time and attention you give to your patients. Because of the outstanding care I have received, I would confidently recommend you to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring OB-GYN. It is reassuring to be under the care of a physician who is both skilled and genuinely attentive. Thank you again for everything you do. I am very grateful to be your patient. First time here and it went pretty well. The place was clean and things moved along at a steady pace. Doctor was calm and had a good way of explaining what was going on without making it a big deal. They looked at everything I brought up and didn't dismiss anything which I liked. They seemed to really listen and didn't interrupt. The staff was helpful and knew what they were doing. Nothing really wow'd me but I did feel like it was a solid visit and I'd come back if I needed to. read more

One of the worst doctors I've ever met. I have an appointment for 3:45pm, I wait until 4:30pm. Some people with 4:00pm and 4:15pm appointments get in first. I asked the front desk lady, I had an appointment at 3:45 why did I wait so long, the doctor passed by and said :you may go home and wait. He said: if you're in too much pain go back to the hospital. OMG Uneducated doctor. read more

Doctor failed us in so many ways... He told us our babies were 90% fraternal twin boys. Found out during my 20 weeks anatomy scan at Obestrix they were identical girls. I lost one of twins because Dr. Steven Vo decided not to tell us we had a high risk pregnancy early on. We had over 3 ultrasound with him between 7 weeks to 19 weeks and he never mentioned a word. Instead he kept silent and referred me to a twin specialist at 20 weeks, when I had no idea it was mfm specialist. If I was diagnosed sooner, maybe baby Melanie would still be here with us. RIP babygirl. We love you dearly. Perhaps think twice coming here. I thought I found the best doctor for my twins but came out to be the worst out come with Dr. Vo. The pain, the questions, the lost we had, I hope no one else has to go through. We even gifted him a bottle of wine for Christmas & staff chocolate to find out he genuinely didn't do his best work. I forgive you doctor, please don't do this to any other patients, you don't wanna know how it feels to lose a child at birth. read more

I love how caring doctor phuc vo is along with his two assistants. Doctor phuc vo is a very caring gentlemen, he helped my mom through everything even when she's having some slight problems. His two assistants are very nice, they also help my mom. They are very caring unlike other people who have no intention on caring for you. And throw you on the curb. So overall Doctor Phuc Vo is one of the best doctors out there and I recommend coming here(: read more

When I was pregnant with my first child 8 years ago my sister recommended her doctor to me. She said she liked Dr. Vo because she gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy and he didn't make her feel bad about it. That was good enough for me because I was planning to indulge. And indulge I did! Well, Dr. Vo ended up being my doctor for all 3 of my pregnancies and deliveries, and he was the best. He was thoughtful, gentle, and reassuring. He always put me at ease and answered all my questions. I felt like he took really good care of me throughout the whole process. The best was when I came into the hospital for my first delivery, I was told by the hospital staff that I was too early and had to go home, but that they would call and see what Dr. Vo wanted. Dr. Vo told them to let me stay, and I was so relieved because I did not want to have to go back home... especially that it was midnight at the time. Thanks to Dr. Vo telling them to let me stay because I went into labor soon after that. Again, with my third delivery, when I came in, I was told by the hospital staff that I was too early and had to go home, but that they would check with Dr. Vo. Thankfully, Dr. Vo told them to not send me home, and good thing he said that because immediately after they got me a room, I went into labor. I was really glad my sister recommended Dr. Vo to me, and I highly recommend Dr. Vo to anyone! read more

Do not visit this office if you have insurance other than medical/Medicare. They charged me my deductible and co pay at the beginning, asked for Cash and did not see me. They said to come back because my results from my old Doctor were not on yet and would apply today's payment to my next visit. Now they want to not only charge me again for my next visit but also an additional charge although my insurance company said that is not a avid charge. They are producing fraudulent charges and I will be prosecuting them to the fullest extent of the law. read more

I am way overdue for a review for Dr. Vo! I can't believe I never wrote one but seeing him today reminded me to write it... Dr. Vo has been my obgyn since I was a teenager, from getting my paps or birth control, to giving birth to my 2 sons and soon to be another child in December. His office is located across from Costco Senter Rd. It's clean and convenient. He does all the birth deliveries at O'Conor Hospital. He has been nothing but professional, honest and his great sense of humor really makes my visits really comfortable! His staff has always been polite and courteous to me. They call to remind all my appointments the day before and accommodate my schedule every time. I am soo thankful for everything this office and Dr. Vo has done for me and my family, and highly recommend him to all my friends and family! Thank you guys soo much! read more

I have Valley health plan insurance and I went to the test here, when I was told by the medical practitioner that the results were not normal, in the previous years, I had tested at Phuc's office, the results were good, so I wanted to make sure then I called the clinic. The receptionist hurriedly answered that if there was no insurance with the clinic, I would have to pay $ 80.00 in cash, and also said the lab fee would give her a card, she would help send it to the lab, my insurance would pay, really I don't know that the insurance only paid once for a year, after taking the test I wanted to ask some questions with the doctor, but they did not have any more responsibility, I had to cancel and not send to the lab too, finally I lost $ 80.00 in cash and got no results. read more

Love Dr. Vo as my OBGYN. I've seen him for a few pregnancies because he makes me feel comfortable no matter what decisions I want.. He is genuine and caring. I'm on my 2nd child and wish to see him but unfortunately the lady that answers the phone said he won't see me since I'm already 20 weeks. Bummer. I told her I wasn't sure how far I was and if he can check, she said no. I called to try to make an appointment few weeks prior but she said I had to switch my SCFHP to Blue Cross. Which I did and it would take a few weeks. So I'm just like wow. OK. She's kinda rude over the phone but in person she's ok. The younger lady is very sweet and nice. Other than that, Dr Vo provides good service and he's super cool and humorous. read more

I am very pleased and impressed with the way I have treated here. Doctor Vo and all the nurses have been very nice to me. They've provided anything I've asked for in a timely manner. They've never acted like they didn't care for patients. I received extensive help and assistance, which I really appreciate. The experience couldn't have been any better for me and my family. The whole staffs and services were excellent. Thank you doctor Steven Vo and all his staffs! Vicki Huynh read more

This clinic serves terrible patients. The first is the speech assistant who respects the patient. Apparently, the patient's appointment on Monday when the patient came to the hospital with a mask wearing is afraid of contracting covid19 or something that should be said that next week's appointment will come this week while the clinic has no visitors. When the patient asks why it is uncomfortable. Secondly, the doctor is happy but the examination method can gently hurt the patient's private area. Please, remember patient wear mask because they want to protect themselves and protect for people around them that isn't mean they got sick. Vietnamese respect Vietnamese ,please! read more

Doctor Vo is nice and friendly but i dont like the receptionist in his office. The receptionist here (old woman wear glasses) is cruel and impolite, she need to be more educated in communication and customer service. If doctor doesnt change his receptionist, he will lose many customer read more

I will not be coming back. He is horrible. Super cold and unattentive. The office rushed me to come earlier and made me wait over 45 minutes before I was able to see him. Plus I think it is a teaching facility but was not inform so I had a nurse who was also there observing. A heads up would be nice. So during the check up he didnt talk and tell me what was going on and just did his routine like a robot. Plus he wasn't gentle at all. A bit rough and uncomfortable. The yelp reviews were ranting how great he is but he is extremely disconnected to me as a patient. Next he perscribe me meds that werent covered by my insurance, causing a delay. Then when I called to get a different persciption it took them five days to uust confirm with me. So unprofessional. read more

Doctor Vo is currently taking care of us and our very first child. Doctor Vo and his staff have provided us with top notch customer service. We go to his office frequently to check up on our baby, and he explained in detail the status of our baby and an outlook of what to expect soon, which enable us to plan ahead and have the assurance that our baby is safe and healthy. Dr. Vo is very courteous and friendly, his staff is also reasonably courteous. The office interior seems to be newly remodeled, it is very very clean and has a pleasant scent, not hosptial-y sterile smelling. Wait time: approx. 10-15 min. in lobby Wait time for doc after vitals taken: approx 10-15 min. Doctor's demeanor & attentiveness: very friendly, easy going, seemed attentive and listened to what I had to say, asked important medical background questions since this was my 1st time there. Would I go back: Yes, Dr. Vo seems to be a good doctor based on my 1st visit. read more

Where to begin!!! I love Dr. Vo! He is truly a character! In July of 2012 I went in after confirming my pregnancy, and since he has been my OB-GYN and routine doctor. (I heard of him through a good friend) His office is a bit hidden across the street from Costco on Senter Road, his office is extremely clean and organized. Not weird and uncomfortable, they have comfy waiting chairs and the cleanest restroom ever! The staff is very professional, and on point with insurance co-payments,help and appointment scheduling. For my daughter Zoey being my first child he made the experience great, I had ultrasounds every month! Which I am grateful for given that i was worried through my pregnancy due to morning sickness. LABOR! Could not have been better, aside form complications that were a bit out of hand. Dr. Vo was great he was very helpful and guided me through the best day of my life! He was very supportive and cheered me on the entire time! (literally) My daughters father and I could not have been happier with with him. He is definitely delivering all of my children!!! read more

I always have an excellent experience every time I come into this office. I used to get my depo from another doctor but his office staff was just unbearable, unprofessional, immiture, and all around horrible. I was so disgusted I needed to change doctors immediately. I found this dr thru my healthcare providor. The office was only somewhat difficult to find but after a few visits, easy to locate. I go in every 3 months to get my depo. Every visit the exact same people are working. Older woman at the front desk, always checking to ensure info is current and correct. I pay my copay. Sit no longer than 5 mins in the waiting room. Younger woman comes and takes my weight, and seats me to check my bp and give me the shot. Very friendly and helpful. She seems to really care about my well being. Once finished I proced to front desk and the lady has my reciept and my next apt already schedueled for me. 10-15 minz max for every single visit. I absolutely love this place. So glad I left the other place!! Wish I would have found this dr sooner.
