Other garages seem to work on the theory that they will get your car, when they get to it. That wasn't my experience at all with Papa's garage.

Very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to staff that made a crummy situation way better. Great documentation with excellent communication and a very fast turnaround to top it off. they stayed late and had it all done very quickly for something so short notice. They even took a very noticeable collision dent out of my front bumper free of charge! I'm not saying expect free repairs, but they're great people who get the job done right. Couldn't be happier given the circumstances and I will definitely be taking my business here again.

We were referred to this place by a friend who told us of their phenomenal work and and even more phenomenal prices. We needed our front brakes done. We dropped off the car in the morning and they called us around two o'clock to tell us it was ready. I had forgotten to tell them I needed a tire plugged. When we got there they hadn't finished the plugging work because the guy I talked to on the phone was out to lunch. But the man we talked to said no problem he would do it for us. Fifteen minutes later I have a plugged tire and he DID NOT CHARGE me. Excellent, very excellent. All-in-all our tire expenditures were around $105. Not bad. Not bad at all. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I would have been hesitant to come if it had not been recommended here by a trusted friend. It doesn't look like much on the outside but don't be fooled or judge too quickly. You will surely have quality work.
