The tech came out a few days later, took measurements and said I would get a quote in an hour. This is when things went south. I waited 2 days before finally calling the glass doctor office and was sent my quote. Almost $800 for the replacement, which was a fair price and I put down the deposit for half of the total cost. Window was ordered and told 10 days it would be installed. 10 days goes by and nothing. Finally after 3 weeks glass arrives and guess what, it's too small. Had to wait another 2 weeks and now the glass fits, but is dirty in between the 2 panes. Tech installed the dirty glass and I haven't heard from them since. Was supposed to have new glass and reinstall He also left the frame on the inside of the house off.

It took a week or less for the mirrors to come in which was the exact time frame Clint quoted. Katy Glass & Mirror's estimate also beat The Glass Guys by quite a bit. This company is great and Clint goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had The Glass Guys install frameless shower glass in two of my showers and they did a horrible job. Clint had no problem fixing the major leaks from under the door and glass due to poor silicone application and the fact that they moved the glass from its original position. He also replaces seals and fixed a hinge The Glass Guys did not tighten properly. My only regret is not having Katy Glass & Mirror install my shower glass. Better service, better prices, perfect installation and correcting a different companies mistakes - you can't go wrong with Katy Glass & Mirror.
