Unfortunately, while the prices are still affordable there, it appears the company is likely owned…read moreby new owners, because quite a number of questionable changes have happened in recent months. Starting with the most extreme offense; they're now **using AI on client artwork to extend image borders and more, and they're doing it WITHOUT telling the clients.** They attempted to do this with my product, as well. This is not an assumption, this is something the staff have told me over the phone, and they say they've "done it for numerous other clients and the clients didn't notice", meaning, they didn't tell them either. Additionally, the website was reworked, but multiple features as well as my entire order history have vanished from the site. Finally, the wait times have also dramatically increased due to multiple mishaps on their end with the provided artwork for products. If you don't want your artwork being affected or altered by AI, and you don't want to wait weeks for a job that other print shops can get done in 24 hours, I would search for a new print shop.
