    Excellent company I will recommend to anyone needing an electrician. I recently moved into a place…read morewith one measly cable outlet; I needed two more installed. This required working in the attic in July. I called several companies in Savannah that told me either they did not do that service, or since the appointment had to be very early for the safety of their workers, their soonest availability was too far off than I hoped. Joyner was able to come out sooner than everyone else could and they worked with my schedule to arrange a 6 AM appointment. They were very good about asking me questions so they knew exactly what I needed. They even asked what color my wall plate was so the others would match. The workers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They said the cable company might have to come out, but then they worked their magic so I was fully hooked up for cable and internet before they left. This was on the morning of my moving day and made my life a whole lot easier, so I was very happy and grateful. I feel like they went out of their way to help me, but I think they are just that great by default. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations and I will certainly call them next time I need their services.

    My husband is bedridden and his live tv keeps going out. It's been that way for many months. I…read morecan't remember how many phone calls and technician visits. Today a technician finally arrived just after 10 am. Live started freezing up just after 9 pm. Comcast was supposed to come out three days ago. They canceled my appointment because the signal coming in to my apartment is strong. They didn't call or email me to share this information. I had to call them. Now we have to wait four more days for some incompetent technicians to come out. Last time his tv was completely out for eleven days. Wouldn't have been that long if the first technician that came out knew what he was doing. He got frustrated and said that he had to return the next day to finish. I called customer service to verify if the guy was telling me the truth. They said if he promised to return, he would. He didn't. I had to make another appointment that was five days out. When that technician showed up, he couldn't quickly locate enough working boxes. Most of the equipment the technicians have on their trucks is refurbished. Whoever does that for them, does a very poor job. Every tech that has come to my home complains about the refurbished equipment. This company should not be in business. They do not care about their customers. They should call themselves "fini". The French word for the end or finish. Unfortunately, I had to leave an undeserved star. They deserve nothing including my hard earned money.

And when you look at the outage map it only shows one spot. I'm just curious where they're at and what they're doing I haven't had any sort of communication nothing. But when it comes time to pay that bill they sure are going to take it out. I normally have very few problems with Xfinity other than I believe they're a little overpriced but in a situation like this how they're just letting the service go disconnected instead of actually attempting to fix it like y'all knew about this days ago why is nobody on top of this. I don't get it
