Christine in the Grizzly office was fantastic with communication and answering any questions we had. Grizzly's team put in a drainage system under our new putting green out to the street and had the job completed in 2 days. The Platinum "rough" is nice to walk on barefoot and even in this summer heat, it's not too hot. We love our new putt-putt and play on it every day!

After spending endless time researching turf options on Yelp and Google, we finally decided to…read morereach out to Grizzly Outdoor for our ~800 sq ft backyard--and we couldn't be happier with our decision! Right from the start, working with Jeremy was a breath of fresh air. He came out for our consultation, walked us through everything with total clarity, and was remarkably honest. Instead of trying to upsell us, he focused strictly on what was necessary for our space. Since we needed a pet-friendly setup, he made sure the turf was properly treated with a specialized pet solution to keep everything clean and fresh, and he gave us a very fair quote. The scheduling process was seamless, and they accommodated a Saturday installation. I was home to watch the crew work, and their dedication was incredible to see. They didn't just lay the turf--they crafted custom edging around the whole 800 sq ft area and even installed a drip line along our privacy trees to keep our landscaping thriving. Looking at and walking on the finished turf, we were truly blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you're planning an outdoor project, do yourself a favor and give Grizzly Outdoor a call. You will not be disappointed!

We've had several home projects over the years & I always get a minimum of 4 estimates so I can compare, contrast & educate myself regarding the various projects. We absolutely love our backyard now & are out there all the time. Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner & now we're looking @ our front yard as well. Good Luck Yelpers & trust me, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

Our original plan included the front yard, backyard, and curbside. After discussing our budget, we decided to complete only the front and backyard for now and save the curbside for later. What really impressed us was that Phillip told us he would honor the same quoted price whenever we're ready to finish the curbside. I've honestly never had a business make that kind of commitment, and it speaks volumes about his integrity and customer-first approach. The installation crew of three was outstanding. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly friendly throughout the project. We have a young son who was fascinated watching them work every day. The crew was so kind and patient with him that he ended up becoming their biggest fan--he kept bringing them water, snacks, and even ice cream each day because he enjoyed having them around so much! The finished turf looks amazing, and we're very happy with the quality of the work. If you're looking for a company that's honest, fairly priced, does excellent work, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Phillip and his team. We'll definitely be calling him back when we're ready to complete the curbside.

Do not hire these guys…read more I wish I read reviews and I wish I payed more attention to their massive YouTube channel where they actually share so much negativity about their own customers. Big red flag. Sharing my horrible experience with this company. Even Signed their contract which they didn't honor. They did most of the preparation for the concrete job in my backyard (1.5 days) . Caused some damage to existing concrete ( two cracks, one chuck missing, uneven cut of existing concrete), they decided to not continue the job and stopped working. Literally wanted to part ways because I asked them to resolve thier damage. However, they did verbally communicate they will not continue, they didn't just disappear. But I thought it was unprofessional to not finish the project and not resolve the damage they caused. I had already paid 10% upfront. I had to hire another company causing major delay in my project as well as new company having to fix lots of preparation mistakes done by Odell. Just proceed with caution if you are going to evaluate working with them. Happy to discuss and validate if you message me. Very unethical and unprofessional to not finish a job because "I was asking questions." Tim one of the owners thought I didn't respect his expertise enough. They didn't want to fix their damage and were in over their heads. They deleted and blocked me on their social media when I tried sharing my experience but thankful Yelp is honest and leaves reviews up. Please hire a company with integrity, these guys take shortcuts and did not finish my job left my yard all tore up and prepared for concrete pour but left and did not want to finish. They also busted 3 sprinklers during prep which I didn't even bring up to them. Ultimately I am thankful now that the job is completed with the right company and I avoided quality issues with Odell.
