I recently had my front and back lawn replaced with turf from Eturf. In the beginning it was great, they were responsive and came back with a competitive quote for the job. The turf itself looks good and the install seemed ok which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, the attention to detail was highly lacking. I have sprinkler systems which needed to be capped. They capped it but one of the caps wasn't done properly so I needed them to come out again. The responsive attitude quickly changed after money had been exchanged. It was weeks of "we are trying to get you scheduled in" where it would be days pre-payment. They finally came out after a few weeks and replaced the cap. Then came the next issue. They also installed a drip system in the backyard and as they were installing it they did not seal the pipe correctly from the sprinkler controller. I noticed a pool of water in the dirt area that wouldn't go away. In addition I also noticed that they didn't install a border between my neighbor and my yards as they were supposed to. I reached out again, all while I am unable to run the drip and had a constant leak. It took over a month of me texting and pleading for someone to come out. All the while I had an unnecessary leak the entire time! So they finally come and as they are trying to cap the leak it caused a major flood as the water main wasn't closed. They didn't have the tools to close the main water main, so I had to lend them my wrench to finally get it closed and make the repair. During this time of flooding which lasted about 5 minutes the employees were panicking and came and turned one of my backhaul valves. At this point I was just grateful my dealings with company had ended. A few days later my wife noticed a drip coming from my backhaul valve...It flooded the area in my garage. At this point, I was done with them, and had no confidence in their ability to resolve the new plumbing issue. I messaged the owner just to let him know what had happened, and the response I received was that my sprinkler system wasn't to code. The employee did not need to turn my backhaul valve if he didn't know what it was. The owner stated he would call his plumber to take a look. No response... I had to call a local plumber and they fixed the issue which I had to pay out of my pocket for a mistake made by Eturf. I caution anyone that needs any touch up or after service. I strongly suggest you check all work thoroughly if you do use this company as it will extremely difficult to get someone to come out after money has been exchanged. read more

Wow wow wow! The whole process was absolutely seamless. We reached out and got a response super quickly and scheduled an estimate. They came out a they had an app that they used to measure where I wanted turf installed and brought samples of the turf. We shopped around but we decided to go with E Turf and it was definitely the right choice. They were very clean and they did an amazing job with out side yard. Can't thank these guys enough. I've had 5 quotes for turf and Peter was by far the best and seemed the most reliable. Hello Everyone. We have reached out to Peter/Pouyon multiple times via text, email and yelp with no response. Our turf is not stable as we have multiple areas that are not smooth, and sinking. We also have areas of the hard surfaces that are still moving. We have reached out to him, with an initial slow response and have yet to get a response to fix the problem recently. I try to work with the company before applying a review, but have not had a response for repairs so am reaching out here. read more
