Ok for some small parts but DO NOT get turbos or tuning because they leave you hanging after purchase with issues! I bought a 4,000 turbo and tune and car runs like crap. Called with questions got no answers or help. Offered to bring to their shop and pay for help adjusting their tune no help or answer!! Had to bring to local tuner to fix their tune. Beware before you spend your hard earned money here. Not to mention they sent me a wrong part and when they realized it charged me a $100 deposit to send the right one and never sent me the return label to send back the wrong one to get my $100 back. So f#$&#$ me out of another $100 bucks after spending all that money and not getting a good running car! read more

Ordered a part. Received it in the mail, opened, installed.... well at least I tried to, everything almost lined up correctly besides 1 harness, I emailed the company about this issue and they emailed back claiming I have the right part and that I must be at the wrong harness even though I have followed their directions step by step. I wound up having to customize harness in order to make it fit, (probably voids the warranty)but oh well. 2 Stars for the performance of product after having to do custom work to make one harness fit. read more

I wanted to make this post to give Thanks and Shout-out Austin Smith @ VividRacing. I say hands down, has been the best Sales Rep, he has always been quick to reply, very informative and not scared to give recommendations. Best of all he has always given the best possible price and free shipping, and trust me I shop around. They ship out very quickly. I've bought numerous of parts. I had a issue on one of the shipments and Austin\Vivid compensated me right away even though it wasn't their fault. I felt it was only right to post this review and let others be aware of this hard working person that represents this company. Bottom line if you are looking for parts (Deals!!) hit up Austin Smith on Facebook messenger you will not regret it. read more

Paid for 2 day shipping and it was sent ground! Have tried multiple ways to contact and still no answer or response

Back in November I bought an exhaust for my vehicle. Vivid immediately charged my card and I lost all contact after that. Multiple emails and a few calls and I got nothing, I even reached out to one of the Sales guys who was emailing BEFORE I bought the product. No response from him either. I didn't get so much as a confirmation email. By some stroke of luck, one of my coworkers knows a higher up at a company that Vivid is part of, and I got connected to someone at Agency Power. The issue was then resolved very quickly, I ended up with a different exhaust, but they price matched and it showed up pretty quick. Not a good experience, I did end up with the product, but it took close to 3 months to hear anything from anyone. This would have been a one star review but Luis was very quick and very professional about the whole situation. Had I not gotten lucky with my coworker having connections, I probably wouldn't have heard anything until late May. read more

I purchased a pair of sports car wheel spacers on 12/12/23 from Vivid Racing. Per the Vivid website, the size of the spacers I ordered was deemed to be the appropriate size for the REAR of my car. However, an expert in car modification advised me that based on his experience, they would be too large and instructed me to exchange them for smaller ones. On 1/11/24, I called and requested an exchange for the appropriate smaller size. These smaller spacers happened to be the same size of the spacers I had also ordered for the FRONT of my car which worked fine. My return request however was denied by Vivid despite their 30 day return policy. After two weeks of exchanging dozens of emails with them and making several attempts to contact them by phone (each with no answer and my voicemail messages were ignored), they twice requested photos of the unused spacers. I sent the spacer photos each time. After they reviewed the photos and obtained approval from their supplier (another 2-week delay), they issued me an approval for the return, providing me a return authorization (RMA) on 2/6/24. I mailed them the spacers and they confirmed their receipt on 2/15/24. After not having received a response one week later, I emailed an update request on 2/22/24. On 2/23/24, they denied any refund claiming the items were "damaged or in used condition." They claimed that: "Based on the photos you had sent us, this damage was not present at that time." This is a fraudulent claim by them. The photos I submitted for return authorization were exactly how the spacers were when I placed them in the box for return. Vivid emailed me photos of used spacers that they claimed were mine but were not. read more

I was thoroughly disappointed in this attempted first purchase from Vivid Racing. They made me believe that they had a tire in a size that I had been unable to find elsewhere. After my order, they immediately charged my card, and then informed me the tire would not ship for another 6 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to get their customer service to answer my question about why they had a tire no one else had. While their customer service was polite and always responded promptly to my emails, they never addressed my concern in multiple emails about the tire being discontinued. After 6 weeks, the tire didn't ship and I cancelled my order. For all I know, they just took my money to make interest and knew all along that they would never ship the tire, but trained their customer service reps to continuously dodge the issue. I assume that isn't true, but I'll still never use them again. read more

I called in today and Ahmed helped me order what I wanted over the phone. Ahmed was extremely helpful and did a lot of explanations for me. We was professional and patient. Since it seems I can't edit my review, a 2nd will have to do. I did get my order from Vivid Racing and on time. Boxes were a little beat up. Opening the first box I at first was amazed at the design. Then my heart dropped whenever I saw the knicks, oversprays and marks. Oh no. So I emailed the company with alternatives. I offered a partial refund or trade for same wheels. They wished to trade for others by the same maker. Yet i was to box mine up and send them back. Kelsi handled the situation with grace and patience. I got 4 return labels, printed them out and put them on the old labels on the boxes. Whenever I was boxing them up (first time I've personally took them from the box) I noticed a lot more marks, drips of paint, buffs, burns and scratches. Got pictures of everything, plus a couple videos, these seriously looked used. So glad these are going back. I have yet to get any refund to date. If and when I do, I'll be sure to update here and others places. Full refund means 5 stars. Waiting to post anywhere else. read more

ABOUT VIVID RACING: I put an order on December 24th, 2020; order # 421702. By today, January 6th, 2021, the order hasn't even shipped yet. - The good: NOTHING - The bad: They don't have in stock what they "sell", they don't even know if what they are "selling" in their website has been discontinued until someone put an order. Phone calls take hours to be answered. If you ask for a refund, they just don't pay attention to your request. - The ugly: EVERYTHING SO MANY PLACES WHERE TO BUY CAR PARTS FROM, AND I HAD TO CHOOSE THE WORST ONE read more

If it was possible to give a lower score, Vivid Racing would get the lowest possible number imaginable. So, I was exited to order a full carbon hood from Vivid Racing. They stated it would take 2 months for the production run so as required I paid full price & for shipping providing my address in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. Two months later I get a email from a Vivid Racing Manager stating the hood was ready but the shipping cost was misquoted & I had to pay another $300. My response was I had already paid & given their staff made the mistake, it was their problem not mine. They refused responsibility stating they would not send the already paid for hood until I gave them an extra $300 for shipping. My response was, so they are breaking the deal we had & holding the hood, I already paid for, hostage until I paid them more money. I said that was blackmail and they responded it was not their fault they misquoted shipping so I had to pay or I wouldn't get my hood. My car had been in the shop for two months waiting for the hood so despite not wanting to, I was given no option but to pay them another $300. What Vivid Racing failed to tell me was that the hood was now being shipped by boat & it would again be held ransom as there was almost another $300.00 charge for port fees. So again I was forced to pay another $300 and the hood was delivered a few days later. When the hood arrived, I carefully opened one side of the box and pulled out the hood. Upon inspection I noticed a defect in the carbon fibre. I immediately contacted Vivid Racing & was told they could not have possibly sent out a defective hood so it was not their fault. My response was, I paid far more money than I should have & they sent me a damaged hood. They said it must be the shipping companies fault to which I told them that the fault in the carbon fibre is underneath the thick clear coat so it was clearly a production error. They refused to take any responsibility & made me send them numerous pictures of the defect in the carbon fibre & numerous pictures of the shipping box & packing material which, was all in pristine condition. Vivid Racing claimed it was damage caused by the shipping company placing something heavy on the box. I again responded by telling them that as per the photos I sent, the fault in the carbon fibre was clearly a defect & not a stress fracture. It was a manufacturing error. Their response was that was not possible so it was the shipping companies fault & they refused to take any responsibility. They said they were putting in a claim to the shipping company & I would have to wait for the shipping company to contact them. Every week I contacted them to find out what's going on & informed them that regardless of whose fault it was, I received a damaged product and it was their responsibility. They continued to refuse & it took 2 months for them to tell me the shipping company refused to take any responsibility as they were not informed of any damage at the point of delivery. To note, my car had been sitting for four months without me being able to drive it with no hood. Then Vivid Racing claimed it was my fault for not checking the hood before the delivery guy left. Considering the delivery guy dropped the hood off & immediately left & there was no damage to the shipping box, why would I inspect the hood before the delivery person left. They continued to try and blame me for them sending a defective hood. I told them it was ridiculously unfair for them to blame a customer for receiving a defective product and they needed to solve the problem. Then they demanded a repair estimate for the hood. I went to 2 carbon fibre repair shops to be told by both the cost of repair would be more than the cost of the hood & Vivid Racing should be replacing the defective hood. I informed Vivid Racing & they were not willing to replace to hood. I suggested that if they weren't going to replace the defective hood & it couldn't be repaired, they needed to refund my money & write it off as a loss for the company. They refused & stated the only thing they were going to do is refund $200 & put it back on the credit card I used for payment. I declined & the next thing I know, my profile has been deleted from their website & they wouldn't respond any further. Now six months has passed, suddenly a $200 refund shows up on my credit card despite me declining their ridiculous offer. So, I'm left with an extremely expensive defective hood which cost me an extra $600 because their staff messed up. I called a lawyer & was told because they were an American company, I would have to hire an American lawyer in their area if I wanted to sue Vivid Racing. This would end up costing me thousands of dollars & even if I won, I would just get a new hood so it wasn't worth the expense. I found another part I wanted & it was sold cheapest by Vivid Racing. I gladly purchased it from a competitor for more money. What does that say about Vivid Racing? read more

This is the worst company ever. Never again will we buy anything from them. They have the worst customer service ever. Bought our son a $1,600 exhaust system for his bike for Christmas from this garbage company not knowing they sucked this badly. The part not only didn't show up for Christmas even though we paid the upgrade to have it ship in time we didn't get it for his race either. We finally got the exhaust system 2 months later BROKEN. We have been trying to deal with their NON EXISTANT customer service department. What a joke this company is. As of today they have done nothing to fix this issue. We still have a broken exhaust system that cannot be used and they are doing nothing but giving us the runaround. We are at this point trying to get the manufacturer involved to see if they will assist us. If you want to be ripped off and get broken parts 2 months after you order just to have them not do anything about it then go ahead and place an order. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this company, like many other negative reviews say, they advertise that they have products in stock and when you order them, they magically don't have it in stock any more. I spent $120 on their website just for them to tell me that they are waiting to get more in stock and they will email me with any updates. A month went by with my money in their hands and nothing but a couple emails to show. After a full month I send an email to the company requesting if any progress towards getting the part I ordered has been made, and after multiple days of waiting for a response to my email they said they have an estimated shipping date that was 2 months away. I chose to wait as I they have now sent me a concrete estimated shipping date. Over that two months I heard nothing from the company and eventually decided to email the company again a few days before that estimated shipping date to ask if the date they sent me two months ago was still accurate. This time it took them 6 days to respond to my email and they sent what seemed to be an automated response saying how they don't have the product in stock and will send me an update when they have one. It has now been 4 months since I bought that parts and $120 out of my pocket and nothing but several emails saying how they do not have what they still advertise as in stock on their website. Honestly thinking this whole website is a scam based off the reviews, the lies they tell you, and how they just take your money and disappear hoping you forget about your order entirely. Nothing but hassle dealing with this business. And I cannot say it enough do not buy from this scam of a website. Just requested a refund and I would consider myself lucky if they respond to my email within the next week. read more

Tanner is amazing!! I purchased a race chip for my bmw and had issues with the app pack linking to my phone. Days and endless hours of back and forth tanner was the only one who continued to make sure my issue was handled and not pushed off to the side. If I could give this company less than one star I absolutely would. Their customer service is atrocious, they don't follow up with anything they say they're going to do. I had to call them three times to correct a shipment because apparently they are incapable of doing what they said they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. You really are just better off going straight to the manufacturer. The prices are better the customer service is better and you don't have to deal with all the problems that come along with doing business with this company. I would 100% recommend you find a different company to order your parts from. read more

My review is based on an online order. I placed an order for a tune for my Audi s5 4.2 which took about a week to ship. Originally I had some concerns with my order and communication between I and Vivid Racing. Frank S is the gentleman who help me out and sorted the issues I had. I spoke on the phone and communicated with him via email and it was a pleasure to do so. He was very understanding and was trying to help me out the best to his ability to fulfill my need as a customer (which he did very well). Kudos! The tuning department also was very fast with getting my tuned file back to me within 24 hours and kept me in the loop of things. The process of using the Powergate 3 and loading into my car was a very simple process. If you have basic computer skills, you can do this. Love the how it turned out, woke my car right up! She pulls very nice in every gear without hesitation. Thanks guys, you have a new customer. read more

Wish I could give even less than one star.... I ordered a product that originally stated it would ship in 4 days. After 2 weeks, I followed up with a phone call where I was made to wait 15 minutes on hold. 5 weeks later I still don't have my product. I asked for a refund due to them stating there is no projected date for the backorder to end. They said they would refund but I still haven't gotten that 8 days later. Now when I call they say I have to wait for "accounting". Last time I called to check on my refund, I was hung up on. I purchased a clutch for my 04 mustang through Vivid Racing. The clutched seemed like a good product and the shipping estimate was fast. I looked at the company reviews to see if they were efficient in shipping, seeing as I needed the clutch immediately. Everything looked great on the reviews so I made the purchase. Delivery date came around and I received nothing. I followed up and saw that I was supposed to receive a shipping confirmation when the clutch left. I check my emails and spam and nothing. I was supposed to have the clutch and they never even sent it out by this point. I go to Vivid's return process in hopes to cancel the order and buy one locally, being that I was in need of a new clutch immediately. The policy stated that I could cancel the order without fee if I cancel before receiving a shipping confirmation, which I have not at this point (a day past my delivery date). I call, get the order cancelled over the phone and receive a cancellation confirmation and told to expect a refund in 5 to 7 days. The following day Vivid sends me a shipping notice stating they shipped the cancelled order, the clutch gets delivered to my house (after I find another clutch, mechanic, AND finish the installation), and I have yet to see a refund of any amount and a clutch I don't need. When I call again im told that they can refund it, after I lose a large fraction of what I paid for "shipping and restocking fees". Terrible service, poor communication, no execution. If you're ever in a bind and are considering Vivid for an urgent solution, just save yourself the frustration and go into your local parts store, I wish I did. But hey if you need a 04 Mustang clutch that came a week late in a half read more

Ordered from them before and had no issues right before Xmas a couple years ago. Ordered an exhaust from them 5/22/23, still have not received a tracking number even though the website states IN STOCK. I don't have a problem that it was being drop shipped, but why not state that beforehand? Not a week after ordering. How is it that it takes weeks to get a tracking number for a product that you labeled as IN STOCK? Any time I request an update it takes you 2-3 days to get back to me every time, and at that it is the same bland statement "we contacted the manufacturer and haven't heard back, as soon as we do we'll update you." It takes the manufacturer more than a week to get an update? I'm extremely disappointed, I love supporting local businesses here in town but I will not be ordering again after this experience. This is awful, and I wouldn't want to wish it on anybody who is excited to buy things for their cars. Should've cheaped out and gone for an Ebay exhaust that I know would've shown up in less than a week, and here I am without an exhaust. What a joke. read more
