Turns out this place does not honor their mistakes. On their website they had seats listed at a price which i purchased and got charged for that price. Then i contact them to make sure i get a passenger and driver seat since there was no option and it turns out they said i had to pay regular price for the seats, even though i already paid the price that was posted online. I asked them if they could honor it and was told it was not a grocery store. Horrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere. The distance grows when trying to get in touch with your representative (mine was Eric Gonzalez) that was originally helping you out. I bought a steering wheel from them and I own a BMW. They made me feel very certain and reassured that the wheel I was purchasing from them would include a welcome image for BMW's when the steering wheel LCD powers up. After taking it to a shop to have it professionally installed, we found out that the steering contained other car brands, EXCEPT BMW. My shop sent the ECU from my Audi TT to Vivid for a stage 1 tune. They took a month to return the computer, stating it wasn't working properly. I now had a fried ECU that was no longer available through the dealer. They offered no solutions and stopped communicating. Where to start. I searched around for a train horn i was looking to purchase to find the best deal and stumbled upon vivid racing. They had a really good deal on the kit i wanted so i purchased it. After a few days i got an email stating the manufacturer "changed the price" and because of this the product i paid $570 for was going to be $1,100. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS nearly double!! They told me if i wanted my item i would have to pay the difference. What a joke. I went on to hornblasters website and the msrp on the kit i wanted is $788. How do you justify not only trying to charge me double your advertised price, but also over $300 of the msrp??? I replied stating i believe it would be the ethical business practice to honor the price stated on their website as the price was literally still there, and instead of replying and apologizing or stating this is not something they could or would be willing to do. Ordered my TE37 Sagas White Rays in November of 2018, and it's a custom made order and was being made from Japan and it took over 12 weeks to be made and shipped but I am so happy to say I am happy and excited. My wheels are so beautiful and sexy. When Fedex sent me the text saying they were done I was flying down there to pick them up. I paid over $3500 for these wheels, and they were worth every cent. Throughout the long wait Brianna P, was there emailing me and answering my calls and letting me know the status of the wheels and everything. I know I was a pain in her butt but she never got mad at me or anything she was always ready to help and give me the news I wanted it hear. Whatever you do stay far away from this company. This company does not care about their customers. I ordered AMP Powerstep Mounting Hardware Kit, AMP Powerstep Replacement Motor, and a AMP Powerstep Harness at the end of March. Hardware Kit was special order (made for each order) ETA: June 10th, Replacement Motor was backordered ETA: June 7th, Harness was delivered early April. Mind you I paid for 2 day shipping. I call every now and then to check the status, ask about delays, nothing, still expecting June 10th and 7th respectively. June 7th, no update with a shipping notice for the motor. I call in to see what the problem is, oh that won't be shipped out until the end of June? The hardware kit, which I couldn't find anywhere else, still set for June 10th, ok. June 10th, no update... I call in again. Oh, next week... a week comes around. You are starting to see where this is going. Sometime in July I found a motor on Amazon so I canceled the replacement motor. August 1st, 2024, Oh, your hardware kit is now discontinued, we will be cancelling your order and refunding you your money. I am an ERP consultant by trade, my area of expertise is manufacturing, inventory control, and warehouse and distribution. I have consulted on projects for Fortune 500 companies and seen all manner of inventory practices that should have never been put in place and I would still say that this is one of the worst experiences I have ever even heard of. Mind you I never received an email or a call. I only got updated when I called them. If I could give them 33% of a star I would solely because that is what I received of my original order. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They did a reasonable job of setting up a dropship for a wheel, easily the easiest thing to do in the industry. However, the wheel arrived damaged. 45 days later there is no resolution. The customer service is a complete joke and not on the level a company of this size should have. It took them 6 weeks to submit a shipping claim with UPS, this is after I was told multiple times by Cait Lienart that it had already been submitted starting the week I received it. I was lied to by another representative stating that a manager named Tiffany had been informed of the situation and would contact me with a resolution/follow-up that day, 7 days later no contact from Tiffany. I refused as that's would leave me in a vulnerable situation. She stopped communication via email. Paypal picked up the case. I had to pay for return shipping on a defective item.
