Wow. This company is terrible. Horrible communication. Horrible attitude by staff and owners. Broken promises. Forever to get a partial refund on their mistake. Just very difficult to deal with and they simply don't care. read more

I ordered from them almost a year ago. Nothing was ever delivered to me, and customer service responded one time and then never again. I have been emailing and calling them to dispute this for almost a year at this point and I can't even get one response from them. Don't bother with this website. read more

Sells products that aren't even available and lies about shipping dates. Total scam, contacted bbb and finally got a refund

Ordered something in September and now it's mid December and still nothing. The worst customer service ever. I have called and emailed several times and I've gotten zero response. read more

Customer service is beyond terrible. I ordered my wheel in July. Cancelled it three weeks ago due to lack Of communication or even providing a reason for the delay. I still have not received my refund and my emails have been ignored. When I call, somehow the phone always gets disconnected when I ask about my money. 0 stars read more

Terrible company on the whole with no business etiquette and completely non-working return policy. Ordered some simple kick panels with speaker pods for 1971 Mustang from them, one arrived cracked in several places, which I could see from the clear plastic wrap without taking it out, box was fine though, took a gazillion pictures for them to illustrate the case and point. Most likely not a shipping damage issue, more of a factory, manufacture or storage type issue although they continued to maintain it was a shipping problem and asked me to file claim (external box and internal wrapping were perfectly fine and in tact). Went back and forth with Vivid Racing and their 3rd party outfit CA Pony (product vendor) for well over a month with a huge email trail, what a waste of my time, finally filed a PayPal Claim for this transaction and then sometime afterwards they reluctantly approved a Return for a Refund. But where I Pay Return Shipping out my pocket expense (I had 0 to do with issue from day 1), so shipping cost actually prohibited the return being worthwhile or having any value-add at this point. And by this time honestly I was so aggravated and fed up with this dysfunctional company, that had thrown the broken panel out in the trash and used my 51y old panel instead to complete the installation. Will never do business again with these unorthodox poorly run company. What should they have done ? Simple, allowed me to exchange or return said item giving me a shipping label to do so or drop shipped one replacement panel would have been real simple and I would have even paid for the shipping on it...But no, they had to complicate and break any viable return process repeatedly instead of facilitate what could have been a simple business transaction. read more

Turns out this place does not honor their mistakes. On their website they had seats listed at a price which i purchased and got charged for that price. Then i contact them to make sure i get a passenger and driver seat since there was no option and it turns out they said i had to pay regular price for the seats, even though i already paid the price that was posted online. I asked them if they could honor it and was told it was not a grocery store. Horrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere. I wasnt even offered to rebuy the seats at a discount or anything even thought they made the mistake. They should pay attention next time instead of wasting peoples time. To top it off i couldn't even reach a manager. I wish i could speak to a real manager or business owner read more

My 2nd time order from VR. Haven't install the CF lip yet but it looks great and came in a big box nicely wrapped. Thanks VR !

Take away the one star!!!!!! Would put less than ZERO stars!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Website is misleading!!!!! Confirmed they had a part "in-stock" They said yes we do Ordered part, paid two shipping because I wanted part ASAP Got a shipping label with purchase part will be there in 4 business days okay I can work with that normal 1-2 day processing time. Checked tracking number hmmmm why is it being shipped to vivid racing AZ ? It got to them in 4 business days now they are creating a new shipping label to send to myself. Tried calling, emailing, chat for clarification no response email or phone only chat which employee "ursy" said there was nothing wrong and that is just how it is. She also said she helped me perfectly after none of my questions or concerns were addressed and tried to end chat because she wanted to be over with it already even though customer was clearly still upset and not getting any help or answers. ***Look on Better Business Bureau yourself for reviews and complaints ***Look on other Yelp reviews and complaints for this company Just not the way you do business Horrible customer service Doesn't answer phone calls or emails read more

Negative 5 stars. Worst place on the planet to do business with.Prices are cheap because the don't have the product.Good luck getting a refund after they take your money.steer clear if you don't want headaches read more

I paid $1800 for a steering wheel that did not come as told. I would expect that when you pay a nice penny, you'll get exactly what you're wanting. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way after spending that much money, and them having your money.... The distance grows when trying to get in touch with your representative (mine was Eric Gonzalez) that was originally helping you out. I bought a steering wheel from them and I own a BMW. They made me feel very certain and reassured that the wheel I was purchasing from them would include a welcome image for BMW's when the steering wheel LCD powers up. After taking it to a shop to have it professionally installed, we found out that the steering contained other car brands, EXCEPT BMW. So now I have steering wheel that's says "Toyota TRD" when I am driving around in BMW. Cool. Thanks Eric and Vivid Racing. read more

Should have looked at reviews here before ordering from their website. They tried an obvious pricing bait and switch so I canceled the order. Best to avoid these clowns. read more

This place is scam do not shop from Them. The customer service is terrible. I placed an order and called to canceled it right away.Three days later I receive an email stating my order was shipped out and they told me they can't process my cancelation and I have to wait for my order to get delivered in order for them to process a refund. Long story short after spending 15 minutes talking to NOVA the idiot on the customer service chat I got fed up and just called my bank and had the charge reverse. Don't waste your time calling them over the phone they never answer. Your better off buying your parts on eBay or googling the vendors they use. read more

Was first told the tail lights I ordered would be shipped in 3 days, then after calling it changed to 3 weeks, then after calling again it changed again to 3 months I requested a refund and was told I would receive a full refund after 10 days I called again to check on the refund and was told it was never ask for after verifying from their transcript of the live chat where their employee said she put in the refund request I have to still wait another 10 days for my money back. Ordered a rear diff that showed in stock and that was why I ordered it over local shops and other online marketplaces. As soon as they had my order, I got the email saying it was backordered from the vendor. After months of waiting I cancelled my order and within a few days the order processed and shipped; awful timing. One customer service agent was wonderful and her name is Trinity. She was the only one who could help me as no one else returned my emails. I won't do business with them ever again, but I hope my customer service agent can move on to bigger and better things away from the online disaster that is Vivid Racing. read more

Where to start. I searched around for a train horn i was looking to purchase to find the best deal and stumbled upon vivid racing. They had a really good deal on the kit i wanted so i purchased it. After a few days i got an email stating the manufacturer "changed the price" and because of this the product i paid $570 for was going to be $1,100. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS nearly double!! They told me if i wanted my item i would have to pay the difference. What a joke. I went on to hornblasters website and the msrp on the kit i wanted is $788. How do you justify not only trying to charge me double your advertised price, but also over $300 of the msrp??? I replied stating i believe it would be the ethical business practice to honor the price stated on their website as the price was literally still there, and instead of replying and apologizing or stating this is not something they could or would be willing to do. I just got an email stating my order was cancelled. Terrible customer service, terrible business practice!!!! I waited for my refund to go through before leaving this review it is now 12/8 and the price for the product is still advertised on their website. read more

There website sucks!!! It's a complete scam do not order online!! I ordered a VIS AMS Carbon trunk and a seibon diffuser in September of 2021 last year for 2,300 dollars and still haven't received my order, emailed them like 15 times and when I call they say they will talk to the shipper and get back to me which they have never done and they are ignoring me completely and keep sending me fake confirmation emails saying it's about to ship it was supposed to be delivered November 18, 2021!!! 0 Stars I already filed a complaint with the BBB over it and luckily I did a payment plan so I can still dispute after they're 60 days bs . Awesome Experience. Ordered my TE37 Sagas White Rays in November of 2018, and it's a custom made order and was being made from Japan and it took over 12 weeks to be made and shipped but I am so happy to say I am happy and excited. My wheels are so beautiful and sexy. When Fedex sent me the text saying they were done I was flying down there to pick them up. I paid over $3500 for these wheels, and they were worth every cent. Throughout the long wait Brianna P, was there emailing me and answering my calls and letting me know the status of the wheels and everything. I know I was a pain in her butt but she never got mad at me or anything she was always ready to help and give me the news I wanted it hear. If you aren't the person to wait long for things this wheels are not worth your time but if you want amazing and beautiful wheels then the wait is worth while. Bought a 2,500.00 exhaust system. When it arrived, it wasn't damaged in shipping, but missing parts and the main mounting flange was warped when it was welded from heat distortion. Two days after that I got a confirmation that the package is on the way with a tracking number provided. Good luck! read more

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They did a reasonable job of setting up a dropship for a wheel, easily the easiest thing to do in the industry. However, the wheel arrived damaged. 45 days later there is no resolution. The customer service is a complete joke and not on the level a company of this size should have. It took them 6 weeks to submit a shipping claim with UPS, this is after I was told multiple times by Cait Lienart that it had already been submitted starting the week I received it. I was lied to by another representative stating that a manager named Tiffany had been informed of the situation and would contact me with a resolution/follow-up that day, 7 days later no contact from Tiffany. At the end of the day, I just hope that their online department is held accountable for their complete lack of customer service. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I purchased a BMW exhaust valve kit remote. It was back ordered and no ETA. After a month I canceled the order on their website. The very next day, I got a shipment notification with a tracking number. I called right away to stop them from sending it out. Well, they said it was to late which I didn't believe. The tracking took days to start moving. As soon as I received it, I returned it, and that was a nightmare to get an RMA #. So let's see, I ordered it 12/20/21. I canceled on 1/5/2022 but they shipped it on 1/6/22. I returned it 1/24/22, still no refund. I would never recommend this place!!!!! If you care about your money avoid this place. It is a a total scam. Also don't believe any comments where they say "we are working on it and your issue will be resolved shortly." Vivid is THEE WORST. They pretend they're a legitimate parts company. What they really are is a second rate, shady, poor excuse of a middle-man. They're happy to take your money and when the wrong part is sent or doesn't fit, have zero responsibility. Simply wash their hands and ignore you. DO. NOT. GIVE. THEM. YOUR. MONEY. I repeat, DO. NOT. GIVE. THEM. YOUR. MONEY. Buyer beware!! Lastly, Tiffany- Don't bother responding.
