The only answer I got was beating around the bush that they're out of network but was told "that shouldn't matter it just means we haven't signed a contract with them". I work in insurance. That means nothing will be covered. I was then asked what's more important, finding a dentist in network, or one that gives good care. I said both, I now have insurance so that would be great to not pay out of pocket. So, after setting up an appointment I was then told "then go do that" and hung up on by Karen.

Dr.King is wonderful! I like her staff and that matters too. I had Joan sign me up for a dental plan in 2019. She signed me up for automatic renewal without telling me and I was charged for 2020, 2021, and again in 2023 without my knowledge. In that period I went to the office and had work done without insurance paying anything. They quit accepting that plan after 2019. Then she sells me a new plan in 2022 and I soon discover I had been paying for the first one for three years without any benefit. I complained and they cancelled my insurance without reimbursing me for anything. I knew I would never get my premiums back for the first plan but they should reimburse me for the second. They have ripped me off of 150 dollars and when I disputed the charge they refused to settle the dispute. This was Joan's mistake, she never asked or told me she was signing me up for auto renewal. This is so wrong. Besides that, after spending over 10,000 for crown replacement my mouth has never been right. My mouth bothers me constantly now and 3d xrays don't show what is under the crowns but something is not right. I would advise you all to stay away from this office, you may learn to regret it as I have.

You don't get greeted and the wait time has increased dramatically here for an appointment only place on the weekend. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and I am still here 30 minutes later waiting. The cleaning dental staff and dentist are always nice but this place is no longer what it used to be. The front staff rather talk to each other at the front than to get you taken care of. Update: I ended up going up to the front desk after 15 minutes past my appointment time with a total of being there 30 minutes and the front desk lady with the short gray hair was just so bothered that I wasn't going to wait any longer for my appointment. I had errands to run the rest of the day so I re-scheduled for another appointment but I plan to cancel it and never return to this place. It's time for another dentist!

Went in to have three broken teeth removed. Everyone was really friendly and nice, they numbed me…read moreup well and went to yanking. Though they charged more for oral surgery but never used a scalpel they just yanked the teeth. Also, they neglected to give stitches, maybe for one tooth removal bet, use the other side of your mouth unfortunately, it was on both sides of my mouth, so expect to have gauze in your mouth so the blood clot stays for at least three days. Also, expect no painkillers..... don't even expect ibuprofen 500, go take some OTC Advil and Tylenol, and you'll be fine.... Then when you text them "because your mouth is swollen" they will argue with you over text and try to explain to you why they didn't give you any pain relief or any stitches or any antibiotics because on tooth was infected. So feel free to risk it. Also on a personal note Dr. Seth McDuffie is a cold robot who will have conversations about not wanting to be around his wife while pulling teeth and he can't understand why people spend all their time being around their spouses..... It's called being in love not just loving.

As if that's not bad enough, they pressured my husband after his morning appointment (a $300ish exam you have to get to even get into this horrible office) to get a cleaning that same afternoon and PRE-CHARGED him which I have never seen before. He ended up not being able to make the afternoon appointment and they said that's fine. No $45 charge there! But what they did do is KEEP THE PREPAYMENT! He had to call and ask for it back! After two weeks of it not being back on our credit card he called again. The woman said OH we mail our refunds and yours was sent at the time but the mail is slow.
