They say they take insurance, but since my brother didn't have any he was able to get set up on a payment plan so that he still was still able to get the treatment completed same day. Our entire family (my husband, myself, and our two children) has been going to Dr. Jennifer Vicente…read moreat Vicente Family Dentistry for more than 12 years, and in all that time we have never had a single negative experience. That alone says so much about the level of care and professionalism in this office! When we first started coming here, Dr. Vicente's father and mother were part of the practice, and they were always incredibly accommodating, kind, and honest. After they retired, the same wonderful culture continued with the amazing Iris and Frances, who make every visit smooth and welcoming. One of the things we appreciate most is how accommodating the office is with scheduling. Whether you need to repair a filling or come in for a cleaning, they will gladly put you on a waiting list and call you the moment a cancellation opens up. Their cleaning appointments book at least 6 months in advance, which honestly speaks volumes about how good they are. I highly recommend scheduling early so you can choose a time that works best for you. Dr. Vicente herself is extremely cordial and has incredible bedside manners. She explains everything she is doing step by step while working on your teeth, which makes you feel comfortable and fully informed. The billing is always honest and transparent, which unfortunately is not something you can say about every dental office. In fact, we had to leave the practice for 1 year due to a dental insurance change and go to one of the larger dental chains. That year was disappointing ~ we missed not only Dr. Vicente but also the honesty, transparency, and fair pricing that this office provides. The difference in care was night and day. We were so relieved to come back. Dr. Vicente and her entire team are professional, caring, and truly dedicated to their patients. I genuinely give Dr. Vicente 10 stars every single visit. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust for your entire family, this is absolutely the place to go!

Both she and Dr. Bui turned a horrible experience for me into a salvagable day. Thank you. The technology they use is very new, so expect that to relflect the price, especially if you have insurance like United Concordia who doesn't like to pay for anything other than a routine cleaning and the most basic type of filling (even then, they only pay half). If you get the new type of fillings, with the ceramic prints... they're pretty amazing. United Concordia will cover part of it, but not all, so be mindful of your insurance. Since it's my back molars, I needed the stronger filling, so it was worth it in the end for me. This office is awesome, but not all offices in the "Smile Generation" portal are as good, so be careful when choosing a doctor on the portal.
