Kim and Dr. Kickish were both so pleasant and patient. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. All service prices are discussed up front so there are no surprises and they even have an in house plan that makes sense. They are NOT the pushy "gotta have this done" and "let's up sell"dentists I've been to. They seem to genuinely care and I felt right at home here! I returned for a second visit as I needed a tooth extracted. I'm not a great patient and even have fainted before, so I let them know my concerns. I stopped in to make an appointment to have a checkup and teeth cleaning. I informed the manager that I did not have dental coverage and would have to pay cash. she gave me an appointment for several months away. I arrived for my appointment expecting to have X-rays and a cleaning. X-rays were done but no cleaning. that would have to be another appointment. what is that? could you not have told me this when I made the appointment? The dental asst. was nice and brought in a paper with all the work they thought I should have. $6000 worth. Are they nuts? The dentist came in, didn't even look in my mouth, just at the X-rays on the screen. Day 2... Cleaning done. Hygenist was very nice but I was informed it would cost me an extra $50 for numbing and fluoride. I've never had either, ever! She never measured the pockets near my teeth, did not floss at the end or even give me water to rinse my mouth. what the heck. And I didn't get the usual free toothbrush and paste you usually get after a cleaning. I asked her about the cavity they said I have under a crown I have. she told me the Dr was on vacation and that she would talk to him when he gets back. I've never heard from them. I can only assume they don't want me as a patient since I refuse to spend 6k on things I don't believe are necessary. well guess what? I don't want you! what a joke this place is. so now my search begins for a dentist who will fix this cavity and not suggest unnecessary procedures that cost thousands of $$$$. Appointment 05/15/2025@1pm. - I showed up at 12:45pm and was there till 5:35pm. - i went in for a cleaning and additional information on where i was at in regard to tooth and gum health.  -This was my very first visit. Hadn't been to a dentist in years. i had no prior issues. During this visit I was told I had optimal tooth gum health i was at 10 but i needed a bridge and filling and it could all be done same day with cleaning. THAT WAS A HUGE LIE THEY SOLD ME ON! ("it can be done same day" was the whole reason i agreed to anything. i asked twice and they confirmed. ) They made it seem like they would just add a tooth and I would have a great set of teeth again BUT no they made me sign some electronic device without showing me any document or giving me a copy.  (screen was off to side). then immediately they shaved my two good teeth down to almost nothing. I asked what was being done he said shaving tooth down a lil bit to fit the fake tooth in. i had to go to the bathroom during this, when i went to the bathroom i saw what they did to my good teeth, they were shaved down to nothing. i could not believe what was done. I realized i made the biggest mistake in my life trusting my dentist. They added fake teeth on top of the teeth they sawed down and then said ill have to come back for the tooth that is still missing. (not same day like they originally promised). i was only missing one tooth. i was fine missing this one tooth. now it feels like I'm missing three total. right now there is no follow up or anything. 05/17/2025 they didn't give me any info on what was done to me beside a bill with line items. but i didn't get anything on what a bridge was? what to expect going forward. i didnt get any do's and donts no paper work when leaving the office. no dental hygiene instructions. nor was i told that doing any of this would cause me pain after. no print out or nothing. i was at the dentist office 12:45pm till close 5:35pm. also they didn't even want to do the cleaning that i originally went in for. after they sawed my teeth and put fake ones on. dentist said "have a great day". and i said "ive had a cleaning before an i didn't get one here today and ive been here all day im confused" he said "oh i thought you were going to do that tomorrow?." i was like WHAT? I WRK TOMORROW! i came in today for a cleaning. why would it now be tomorrow? you promised everything could be done today and now i have to come back for a fake tooth and not get what i originally came for? he said and i quote "well the hygienist has already left for the day." (i trusted the process and now felt violated, lied to and taken advantage of.) the dentist then made it seem i was inconveniencing him for saying i still wanted a cleaning, which was the reason i was there. dentist then said "fine ill do it" due to me starting to freak out a bit. its like they got so caught up in there scam they forgot to do the thing i asked for. so they lied to about procedure being same day , my good teeth were shaved down to nothing with very little information given and they didn't even want to do the cleaning which should have been done first prior to all the other stuff especially if the hygienist was going to leave (proof its a scam) (i had zero pain prior to visit and he did not say i would feel pain for this procedure or after for that matter) i was sent to the wrong Publix for the prescriptions they prescribed as well. after the visit i sent messages asking several questions and was never given any information. my bite has not been the same since. update 05/19/2025 after speaking with the office on the phone they realized their mistake with leaving me with zero info and instead of apologizing they just updated the info in mychart in the after visit summary after our call to show do and donts etc. when i asked why i wasn't given this 05/15/2025 i was told they dont give treatment plans to patients unless they ask. (i did ask) update 05/27/2025 so i go back in to complete this (i have no choice my teeth are gone) it was worse then the first visit. i asked several questions and The questions seemed to annoy the dentist. I explained how i felt and the dentist immediately tells me no one forced you to sign anything. when i explained i didn't want x rays due to them not being covered last time. the dentist immediately said okay have a great day. i said what? he says : you jus told me you don't want to do the procedure. The girl at the front desk said they are "cleaning a room", and I'm up next because one of their rooms went "down", whatever that means, makes 0 sense to have a "room down". Best part is a patient named James had a 9:30, and was admitted to his appointment within 3 minutes of sitting down. Clearly, you have available rooms, as James was received and admitted by the office 5 minutes of entering. Ridiculous. Another lie was when the front desk told me I was "up next". Well, I watched James and another patient be admitted to their appointments, literally moments before I was told they were "cleaning a room right now" and that I was "up next". My common sense should have told me to leave, but I decided to keep giving them chance after chance. After 40 minutes of waiting, I got to the office at 8:50 mind you for a 9:00 appointment, I was finally being seen by a Staff Member with a thick Spanish accent. She asked me what I was here for twice, quite rudely I must add, I responded I was there for an implant. Without asking me any further question she puts the x-ray cover on me, she didn't ask if I had any previous x-rays, she didn't ask about how I had them sent over the day before, it wa up to me to stop her and tell her 3 times I've had prior X-rays, she clearly did not understand, as again it took 3 times for her to acknowledge I had en email with my X-rays sent. I walk to the front desk, waiting for 5 minutes and they are having trouble finding my X-rays, the ones sent the day before. No one at this practice was ready for my appointment, the appointment they made me wait weeks for, the appointment I sent all my information over for. I took off work this, frustrated doesn't even begin to encapsulate how I feel. The fact I had to basically debate with your Staff member about whether I had prior X-rays and how they were sent was abysmal service. I genuinely don't believe all these google reviews are real people and must be paid for, this place was that bad. These people are terrible, from the front desk to the staff member who acted like I was an annoyance from the onset, failing to ask me pertinent questions relating to the post I have in my mouth, to her poor attitude. This is the worst dentistry I've ever been to. Hands down.
