I had made an appointment and the care for my nails was being rushed. The dip powder was not properly removed and the filing was done too much that it made my nails very thin. The use of the filing machine kept burning my cuticles after I told the nail tech that it was hurting. The gel nail polish clumped and it looks along with feels, uneven. The edges of my nails with the polish was not cleaned up.
