Taylor helped fix my nails and they were amazing after she saw me! I have been seeing her for the past year or so for dip nails and every time she does an amazing job! They always turn out perfect and she is such a sweetheart. I always make an appointment as well because they tend to get busy, especially on the weekends. They always offer drinks whether you want just a bottle of water or a can of something! It is a very nice and clean location and is a very fun place to go to have your nails done.

It was perfect and she was so sweet, I loved every part of it. I recently came back for another set because I was going on vacation. I didn't catch the tech's name, but honestly I hated the set. I got a pedicure along with the full set, and it felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. The nails were lumpy and uneven, there was acrylic sticking out into my skin, it was messy and not what I wanted. After my trip, I came back for a take off and regular manicure. I had Taylor. She was nice. She cut my cuticles without asking. I would've said yes anyway, but she nicked me multiple times. She rushed through my manicure, I didn't get gel and she didn't let each layer dry before adding another. When I left, my nails were dry on the outside but the polish was not dry all the way through. I ended up removing it with acetone as soon as I got home, because it was squishy and messy. Along with that, there is still acrylic on my nails, even though I paid to get it removed properly.

I called Friday to see if I could get an appointment but they were booked and immediately offered a couple Saturday time slots. I was impressed because other nail salons I called that day just hung up after saying they couldn't accommodate me. I was nervous about trying a different nail shape (oval/almond), so I brought in a couple photos and Bee brought my dreams to reality. She was very professional and did an amazing job with the color and some added gold foil detailing. I also asked if they could fit me in for a pedicure during my appointment and they immediately set me up with Erik for a pedicure. I got the 40 minute pedicure with hot stone, scrubs, and massage. It was heaven. I had 2 back to back surgeries in the last couple months was my first time doing something to pamper myself since October and it was exactly what I needed. I will be back again soon!

I came in to get pedicure and french manicure. First, the woman who did my manicure (Hai) was very bad at applying the polish. She had to redo my nail polish 2 times! And I did not even get my french, I finally just asked to apply regular polish. You do it for a living and you don't know how to do french or apply a regular polish (see photo). You could see polish layers on all my nails and nothing is even! Second, she kept telling me how busy they are and asking me over and over again if I still want pedicure. I got pretty upset about her manners and said that I don't need pedicure if they are that busy.

She then accused me of wanting a redo only because whatever party I got them for was over. After asking for them to be fixed, I was told they couldn't be placed any closer to my cuticle. I eventually asked if someone else could do them and was told they had been busy that day. I wasted over 2 hours and now have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get my nails done.
