FunSeekers, Inc, is a full service Travel Agency, and may own SeaLand Travel Club. I used the travel club from 2008, to 2012. At that time I got long term cancer, and stopped using the club. They just sent me a letter asking for $ 1353.00 of back dues. On March 25, 2021, I called them and asked why I never received a bill from them, and they said that they sent me an email. I told them my situation, they told me to hold on while they talk to their "Legal Review Board". After six minutes, they came back to the phone and said that I have to give them $ 850.00 to end the contract. I consider this unreasonable. APRIL 14, 2021 TEXT... On April 7, 2021, I paid them $ 600.00 to terminate our business relationship.

Of course, I did some searching online prior to calling her and told her the rates I found and she told me to book online instead then. Additionally, my mother went to Vietnam within the past 2 years and got a ticket through them (my sister made the arrangements) and when I asked her about the VISA information to see if my mom's information was still valid she didn't bother to explain on how I could check she just told me to reapply when VISA either have a 6 months or 5 year expiry date. WTF? Hate your job much? I guess if you don't have the resources to look yourself you call them to get screwed.

More importantly, they take great care of their groups. The groups are comprised of middle-aged and elderly travelers, and the Pauls feature the right mix of easy and adventurous activities for their groups. Mother and I went on a cruise through the Panama Canal a few years ago with the group. They helped me watch out for Mother, and I got to climb the Dunn River Falls, ride a camel, zip-line through a mahogany forest and much more. A lot of tour groups will do this kind of thing, but here's the difference. In Jamaica, we made an unscheduled stop to buy rum. I had no money with me. Tom Paul pulled out his wallet, handed me a $20 and said, "You can pay me back later." This little thing impressed me so much, that he would do that for a complete stranger. We've got a British Isles cruise coming up in a few weeks and Mother and I are really looking forward to it! September 2015 I thought I would update my review now that we've returned from our British Isles Cruise. The large Princess ship was not great. The food was adequate (no more), the lines long, and the service moderate. The Pauls were incredible. We had a few days in London ahead of boarding, and the Pauls, as usual, took great care of the group. Everything was well-planned and well-executed. Once aboard ship, the Pauls took care to make sure everyone in their group was included in all the planned activities. I cannot recommend the Pauls highly enough for their kindness, attention to detail, and ease of travel.
