I am beyond disappointed with the experience we had using Alicia with Two Pineapples in Paradise for my daughter's destination wedding. What should have been one of the most joyful and memorable times in our lives was made incredibly stressful due to repeated mistakes, poor communication, and an alarming lack of attention to detail. From the beginning, there were issues. Several of us struggled just to get in touch with Alicia to book our trips -- texts and emails often went unanswered for days, if at all. To make matters worse, it became clear that key details were never communicated to the resort. As a result, my daughter and the resort staff were left scrambling to coordinate logistics that should have been finalized well in advance. Alicia was unresponsive at critical moments, especially when we needed answers to urgent questions. We were assured that everything would be handled professionally and seamlessly, but that promise was far from reality. Due to a scheduling error, the rehearsal dinner was almost missed entirely. The complete lack of follow-through made it painfully clear that our event was not a priority for her. Weddings are naturally stressful -- hiring a travel agent should relieve some of that pressure, not add to it. Unfortunately, Alicia's lack of professionalism and reliability only made things more difficult. I would not recommend her services to anyone planning a special event, especially something as significant as a wedding.
