I booked flights again with them this time, for myself and for my sister who is in a different city, on a short notice at a peak holiday season. They go out of their way to find the best flights and times for you. After my ticket was issued, they even got back to me saying they found a better time and seat and offered to change my ticket. This was totally unnecessary on their part but was of course really appreciated. I would reach out to them for all air travels to Korea from now on and will recommend to my friends.

As I waited for her to return from the car rental, I decided to see if I can check myself in from an outdoor Kiosk, I was approached by Jordan he was in charge of the Skycap services, I thought it was a bit odd since I am use to the Airlines doing that. I've traveled more than enough to know, but Jordan was really great and helped me get everything I needed, my bags checked, pineapples tapped and we didn't have to wait in any lines. That's when I asked what company he worked for, G2 secured staffing.... They are a third-party service for the airport and airlines, G2 Staffing are bag runners, wheel chair agents, help with passenger check-in, VIP services and they help unaccompanied minors. As I waited for Jordan to get my paperwork ready, I noticed how hard they were working without all the perks. (I.E - airline workers get free flights etc..) They don't get paid much but really put in the work. When I got to the gate, I watched as many of the G2 staff pushing people in wheelchairs twice their size or years younger than the staff, I get it its their job but if you can consider adding a well-deserved TIP!

He claimed to be the Manager for the wheel chair people which was hard to believe. I told him our situation and he said to keep waiting. I even offered to push the chair myself so he could continue eating his chips and drinking his soda (by the way, he could use a diet soda). He refused. I then obtained his name from a coworker who said his attitude is unacceptable however he is the boss. Do not fly United and avoid Denver unless you to meet a guy named Kevin who is obviously on the spectrum. If you're a slacker like Kevin, you'll fit right in

Italy has a lot to offer, but the trip was so well balanced. I never felt rushed or that our days were jam packed while still feeling like we conquered a lot. The hotels she suggested were in the best locations which made getting around easy. My favorite day was my birthday. She booked us a private driver who drove us around Tuscany. We tasted amazing wine, saw the most beautiful sunset and had some of the best food ever! We also learned some interesting history from our driver who grew up in Florence. It was a great use of our time. We never would have seen everything we did if we were on our own. Brenda was always quick to respond while planning. I booked a flight last night through Travelo pick somehow my last name was incorrect when I called…read morethe firs lady was rude and put me on hold long time while on hold I called the same number from my work phone and got a different agent and he had it ready to change in two minutes, but he said it was gonna be $100 to change my last name on the ticket to print the new ticket (all electronic by the way tickets in email not physical lol) at the same the first lady that had me on hold still, came back on and said it was gonna be $125 to change my last name smh i was like wait what?!? So I hung up with both of them and called back to talk to a manager and got a third rude person who put me on hold for an extended period of time Amd i just hung up. Of course, like scammers they blew my phone up for about 10 minutes trying to get me to re-answer Long story short I called Delta airlines myself although there was a long hold (45 min) before I ever talked to a person but when i finally did the agent at Delta was very nice and very helpful and she changed my no problem free of charge. Although they'll book your ticket, this is still a scam imagine my surprise when I googled them and saw that this is how it goes with them I will never use them and I'm going to leave as many bad reviews on as many platforms i can find and talk about them on all the podcast i visit. When I arrived at the airline counter, they had no record of my reservation. I had booked through this site, but the airline told me I wasn't in their system at all. I tried calling their customer service +1 (254) 638-0057 and was placed on hold for two hours before I finally gave up. In the end, I had to purchase a brand-new one-way ticket just to get home, and I also ended up paying twice for my luggage. Please, do not book through Travelopick or Blue Sky Tours. They took my money and left me stranded. Stay away from them.
