I booked a flight last night through Travelo pick somehow my last name was incorrect when I called the firs lady was rude and put me on hold long time while on hold I called the same number from my work phone and got a different agent and he had it ready to change in two minutes, but he said it was gonna be $100 to change my last name on the ticket to print the new ticket (all electronic by the way tickets in email not physical lol) at the same the first lady that had me on hold still, came back on and said it was gonna be $125 to change my last name smh i was like wait what?!? So I hung up with both of them and called back to talk to a manager and got a third rude person who put me on hold for an extended period of time Amd i just hung up. Of course, like scammers they blew my phone up for about 10 minutes trying to get me to re-answer Long story short I called Delta airlines myself although there was a long hold (45 min) before I ever talked to a person but when i finally did the agent at Delta was very nice and very helpful and she changed my no problem free of charge. Although they'll book your ticket, this is still a scam imagine my surprise when I googled them and saw that this is how it goes with them I will never use them and I'm going to leave as many bad reviews on as many platforms i can find and talk about them on all the podcast i visit. I really wish I had read all these reviews before booking my return flight through this website. Travelopick (also operating as Blue Sky Tours) is completely unreliable and feels like a scam. When I arrived at the airline counter, they had no record of my reservation. I had booked through this site, but the airline told me I wasn't in their system at all. I tried calling their customer service +1 (254) 638-0057 and was placed on hold for two hours before I finally gave up. In the end, I had to purchase a brand-new one-way ticket just to get home, and I also ended up paying twice for my luggage. Please, do not book through Travelopick or Blue Sky Tours. I booked a flight for $328, only to find the exact same flight on another travel website for $280 just minutes later. That's almost $50 more, and it felt like I was overcharged. I contacted customer service immediately. They first told me to send a screenshot of the cheaper price and promised a gift card for the difference. But after I sent the screenshot, they changed their statement, saying they can't refund or offer anything. This is completely dishonest and unprofessional. Also, the website doesn't clearly show if the price is in CAD or USD, which makes it confusing for Canadian customers. You don't know what currency you're paying in until after the purchase, and by then it's too late. There's no proper price match policy, and their customer service misleads you with empty promises. Do not use this travel agency. I purchased front row seats through the airline and travel o pick went and checked me in, which I did not want them to do, and they put us in back of the plane and we were not seated together. And if you complain they get an attitude and are rude. Live and learn as they say. Always use a well known agency or go through the airline its self. Travel o pick is the worst. read more

Classic bait and switch company. They sell tickets online, but then claim the original tickets were on standby or no longer available (when you can clearly see those seats are still available on the airline's website), just to sell you more expensive tickets, charge exorbitant change fees, and if you try to cancel, charge more massive fees. This is fraud, pure and simple. But unlikely they will ever be brought to justice given the difficulty in prosecuting these things. Stay away, far away from this company! read more

This is a travel scam website. No one should be using this to book. They will call you shortly after you make a reservation and inform you the flight you booked isn't available. But they also won't give you a refund unless you pay a fine or rebook at a much higher price. read more

I paid extra to Travelopick for seat assignments. None were acknowledged by AA, 4 SEAT ASSIGNMENTS OUT OF 4, not acknowledged. As a senior citizen, being in the last row on the plane was difficult and frustrating. I will not use this company again. read more

I am having a terrible and frustrating experience so far. I booked a round trip from new york to nairobi. On my way back i was told taht my ticket was suspended by the airline and they said that they needed another form of payment. This clearly shows they didn't pay the airline and travelopick won't take responsibility. They claim that the best they can do is refund half of what I paid which is ridiculous because that won't me to my destination. The supervisor by name of Jordan even had the nerve to tell me that their hands were tied as opposed to getting me what I paid for. It's day 3 I'm still stuck in Nairobi and travelopick blocks me on their social media pages when I lay my concern! THEY ARE SCAMMERSS!!!! I spoke with them through their website once I purchased my tickets, my screen immediately said my tickets were "pending." I soon received the text message basically stating that a representative will call me soon... Mind you I booked my flights at 12:50am (basically 1am) why would they be calling me.... Once I got the call, he basically said he needs to charge me 80 more dollars for the tickets I just bought (the original price of the tickets were 480 something making the new price over 500) I just bought due to the fact that " the airline won't let you purchase them" and once I was going to say no, he quickly said " we can actually give you a discount and actually charge you 60" read more

So I already left one review about how horrible Travelopick is and how you should NEVER use their company. I told everybody in my family and online too. This person replying to us is Mason Kemp who it says owner as his title however he is NOT the owner because he reached out to me and we spoke on the telephone. He tries to reply to people saying you might have the wrong name of the company- NO SIR, it is TRAVELOPICK. He also says he will try to "resolve" any issue. This man who lies and says he is the owner on yelp when He is a customer service "leader". He waisted over an hour more of my time. After the other days waisted to the hassle of this company's errors and incompetence. And He didn't offer barely anything or have any solutions to "resolve" the issue. I wish I could give ZERO stars, because this company deserves nothing more. I booked a flight for Christmas in January of 2023. 11 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I never received a record locator or a ticket. I called every month, and they told me they would send it to me "shortly". This never happened. I spoke with Travis, Alvin, Wallis, Damien, and Jacob. All of them could do NOTHING for me. Of course, these are fake names. This COMPANY IS A SCAM. They'll tell you the airline messed up when really the agency overbooked their flights at a discounted rate and when the flight sold out, they just told us "oh well".
