Brenda planned a fabulous trip for my husband and me to Italy recently. She really listened to what…read morewas important to us and planned a very well thought agenda! Italy has a lot to offer, but the trip was so well balanced. I never felt rushed or that our days were jam packed while still feeling like we conquered a lot. The hotels she suggested were in the best locations which made getting around easy. My favorite day was my birthday. She booked us a private driver who drove us around Tuscany. We tasted amazing wine, saw the most beautiful sunset and had some of the best food ever! We also learned some interesting history from our driver who grew up in Florence. It was a great use of our time. We never would have seen everything we did if we were on our own. Brenda was always quick to respond while planning. She loves what she does and you can tell she wants to plan the most unforgettable trips for her clients. She even kept us updated on things happening during our trip. The public transportation was on strike while we were traveling to Venice. She made sure we had all the information we needed to get to our destination. Her tips and suggestions were spot on and we had no issue getting from the train to our hotel in Venice. I will recommend Brenda to my friends and family for their next travel adventure!! Thanks Brenda for the unforgettable memories!

I am still learning Grapevine and thought it might be a good idea to visit this place, and see what…read moreI might be able to find out that I don't already know about. I have been intrigued by the building and this gave me a great reason to go check it out! I am giving this place five stars mainly because of the building itself! It is a great example of historically inspired architecture. It blends in perfectly with the motif and architecture of the historic downtown Grapevine area. The brochures in the visitors center are very organized and cover not only the Grapevine area, but also Fort Worth and Dallas as well. There is a nice working train display in the lobby. Grapevine leans heavily into its railroad history. Right now there is a very large space dedicated to Mayor William D. Tate's Jubilee Celebration of 50 years in office.

Wonderful visitor center with a beautiful model train display, seasonal decorations, and plenty of…read moreinformation about Grapevine attractions and events. The staff are friendly and helpful. One point of clarification: this is the Visitor Center/Convention & Visitors Bureau, not the Grapevine Convention Center. If you're attending a convention or event, the convention center is at 1209 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051. This location is best for visitor information, sightseeing tips, and enjoying the exhibits.

Arrived at the Hawaiian Terminal for our trip back to the mainland my partner and I brought a ton…read moreof stuff back, the plan was to drop me off with 2 check-in bags, 1 carry on and a box of pineapples. As I waited for her to return from the car rental, I decided to see if I can check myself in from an outdoor Kiosk, I was approached by Jordan he was in charge of the Skycap services, I thought it was a bit odd since I am use to the Airlines doing that. I've traveled more than enough to know, but Jordan was really great and helped me get everything I needed, my bags checked, pineapples tapped and we didn't have to wait in any lines. That's when I asked what company he worked for, G2 secured staffing.... They are a third-party service for the airport and airlines, G2 Staffing are bag runners, wheel chair agents, help with passenger check-in, VIP services and they help unaccompanied minors. As I waited for Jordan to get my paperwork ready, I noticed how hard they were working without all the perks. (I.E - airline workers get free flights etc..) They don't get paid much but really put in the work. When I got to the gate, I watched as many of the G2 staff pushing people in wheelchairs twice their size or years younger than the staff, I get it its their job but if you can consider adding a well-deserved TIP!

Flew into Denver with my uncle who is disabled. G2 was suppose to meet him when his flight arrived…read morehowever they never showed up. The gate agent told us they were coming soon but 40 minutes passed and nobody arrived. I saw a worker from G2 sitting down with a Wheelchair eating chips and drinking soda while resting his feet on the chair. I asked him if he could take us as our flight was leaving soon and it's the last flight. His name was KEVIN with a Cincinnati bengals name tag holder. He claimed to be the Manager for the wheel chair people which was hard to believe. I told him our situation and he said to keep waiting. I even offered to push the chair myself so he could continue eating his chips and drinking his soda (by the way, he could use a diet soda). He refused. I then obtained his name from a coworker who said his attitude is unacceptable however he is the boss. Do not fly United and avoid Denver unless you to meet a guy named Kevin who is obviously on the spectrum. If you're a slacker like Kevin, you'll fit right in

My initial experience with Global Limousines USA / Dallas is great. I will follow up about our…read moreexperience next week after our event to see if Global should maintain the highest marks. The following is correspondence I had via text with a competitor of Global Limo. Again this is not correspondence with Global but their competitor. "As a result I was sure I "Did Not" want to patronize Global's competitor." My group has elected to go with Global Limousines. We could not get passed the surprise service fee XXXXX XXXXX charged. We have never had this charge before. And to suggest that we not tip a driver to decrease our cost was uncontainable. Guess what!!! Global does not collect a ancillary service fee. They were able to provide better accommodations) for $500. That's 20% less than you. Or exactly what you advertised prior to me discovering the hidden additional service fee. This would bring my tab to 600 + gratuity (but you indicated a tip was optional). $500 for our excursion is an advertised deal from Global not special for us. We did not indicate to them that we had inquired with you or other competitors. We only wanted to be treated fairly. As I indicated the surprise service fee/tax is unfair. Chauffeur service is not taxable in Texas so tax should not be reflected as part is the service fee.Tax is due from contractors for their purchases to provide a service and should be included in the advertised price. Tax cannot be past to a consumer disguised as an additional fee. It must be enumerated. In most cases it cannot legally be passed to the consumer in this fashion under any circumstances. This is a hidden fee/surcharge - a way for companies to trick the unwary consumer into excess fees on a product or service that are advertised. The example "sales tax" which, again is not due for chauffeur service in TX or the tolls and fuel cost you indicated would be part of the service you offer. Unless substantial no additional fees should be charged. This unethical fee is a way to increase profit without raising the price of the actual item. "False Advertising". This is what should separate little companies from the big ones. Maybe the big companies would lose market shares if consumers new little companies weren't trying to stick it to them also. But, maybe I am talking to a big company that cares more about its bottom line than doing what is right. We have to decline the 20% savings offered off of Global Limousines offer. This tactic is also an unfair scheme to win back business that you lost because of underhanded scheming. Competitor's Response: Wish you the best of luck in your rental. 20% has been the standard in our industry for a ling time. You can ask level about that is you like. I told you we would offer you he best price and value for the bus but you decided to take your business elsewhere which I respect. Please observe we have used Party Bus providers in the past and they nor did Global Limousine charge the 20% which was indicated is the standard. And to offer to beat Global price after the fact is an additional faulty business practice.

We were also told that they'd would be bottled water and soft drinks provided. The bus showed up with NO working sound system, water bottles room temperature and NO soft drinks. We spent over an hour and a half being treated horribly by the manager ( Sammy ) he screamed at us and eventually so there is nothing he could do to fix the sound system and he would just leave the kids stranded they could find their own way home. This went on for way over an hour. We were told her no other Party Bus is available for that evening and this was after spending $800 for four hours! We eventually drove back home 30 minutes to pick up our own portable sound system to get back to the location of the bus and were treated even more horribly at that point. I was only offered a refund of $150 after all of this has transpired. The customer service was completely unacceptable and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Finally at the end of the evening, after all this transpired The kids were dropped off at the end of the night and told by the driver that they needed to clean the interior of the bus! We paid $800 to have it for our experience that was horrible! I hope to hear back from someone in a owner position. This experience was a complete let down after spending a lot of money! I've contacted the company several times. I do NOT recommend this company. It appears that they subcontract out to companies to provide transportation.
