So I hung up with both of them and called back to talk to a manager and got a third rude person who put me on hold for an extended period of time Amd i just hung up. Of course, like scammers they blew my phone up for about 10 minutes trying to get me to re-answer Long story short I called Delta airlines myself although there was a long hold (45 min) before I ever talked to a person but when i finally did the agent at Delta was very nice and very helpful and she changed my no problem free of charge. Although they'll book your ticket, this is still a scam imagine my surprise when I googled them and saw that this is how it goes with them I will never use them and I'm going to leave as many bad reviews on as many platforms i can find and talk about them on all the podcast i visit. When I arrived at the airline counter, they had no record of my reservation. I had booked through this site, but the airline told me I wasn't in their system at all. I tried calling their customer service +1 (254) 638-0057 and was placed on hold for two hours before I finally gave up. In the end, I had to purchase a brand-new one-way ticket just to get home, and I also ended up paying twice for my luggage. Please, do not book through Travelopick or Blue Sky Tours. They took my money and left me stranded. Stay away from them.

They are a third-party service for the airport and airlines, G2 Staffing are bag runners, wheel chair agents, help with passenger check-in, VIP services and they help unaccompanied minors. As I waited for Jordan to get my paperwork ready, I noticed how hard they were working without all the perks. (I.E - airline workers get free flights etc..) They don't get paid much but really put in the work. When I got to the gate, I watched as many of the G2 staff pushing people in wheelchairs twice their size or years younger than the staff, I get it its their job but if you can consider adding a well-deserved TIP!
