Very good! My husband and I always love a great atmosphere and great food when we head up north. Pizza, wings and cheesesteaks are always our go to meal on Saturday's during the games. Well we were in the area that seemed to house a lot of eateries, I did a Yelp search and found Viva Pizzas. Only a few minutes in walking distance from the hotel, we called home for a few days, walking in it smelled wonderful. This place is tight inside, but in my mind that gives off, oh this food gon be good! We placed our order and waitd at a two seater table. Even though our hotel room is larger than the dining area, we were lucky to have two seats waiting for us, because if not, we would have to stand outside in the cold to wait instead of standing around in people's way. I did notice two other parties dining in. Even though the place is so small, this is definitely not a deterrent in guests making space to dine in. The tables/chairs are super close to each other. We ordered a simple pizza and I am simple when it comes to toppings. The pizza was awesome!! I highly recommend you stop in and check them out. Now this is somewhere I would visit over and over for pizza alone. We had wings also, they were good, but pizza hands down - get it!! I have no idea how parking works, but this area was super busy. Have fun and enjoy life :)

Delicious Philly thin crust pizza! Friendly staff! Small location but worth the try, near the American Revolution Museum.

Went to Viva since near a prior event. For under $5 including tax. I ended up with an entire pepperoni honey pie via TooGoodToGo. I was expecting an amalgam of different types Of slices but you never really know what you'll get. On top of all this, apparently this place will consider working with you via phone call and they even asked me if I was vegetarian etc. They don't have to do that w GoodToGo, but it is outstanding they do. Great people work here. Respectable pizza.

Delightfully simple and feeling like family, extra friendly service and sublime Italian dive, us guys sampled this excellent East coast pizza place on a whim and got our faces stuffed! The atmosphere is cozy and clean, but no bathrooms, great presentation of options and grand menu for a small eatery. The simple pie and BBQ were both ideal. Weirdly no public bathrooms, a poor oversight for an attempt at becoming Philly famous.

Pizza crust a tad on the chewy side but delish for a quick pie downtown. Quick and friendly service!

Set we're in the area and hungry and had to stop it for a pie. Walked in ordered a Margarita pizza with pepperonis and the worker was very nice and friendly. 15 min later my pizza was ready and we got it to go. It was very fresh and tasty. Only thing was the dough was a little too doughy and soggy. I like more of a crispy to my pizza. But other than that it was delcious

Most cheesesteaks have such bland meat so this did it right - Cheese: melty coopers cheese was perfectly mixed in. - Onions: just the right soloing if grilled onions mixed in to complement the meat but not overwhelm it. - Size: monstrous! You can easily share (but you may not want to). - Fairly efficient: even with long lines, put your phone number in the kiosk, can pay with credit card, and wait til you are texted to pick it up. - For the whole family: my cranky teen son said it's the best thing he ate on our 23 day summer East Coast trip (including lots of great dining spots around Philly and NYC). Lowlights: - Waits can be long and brutal in heat. We got lucky with a shorter line. - No seating: just an ordering counter inside so many are eating out on the sidewalk.

The dish was delicious. I enjoyed my plate of sea-inspired tonnarelli nero. Bay scallops in crab ragu with fennel sofrito. Served with squid ink pasta that imparted a slight brininess. The pasta was cooked pangrattato style-- coated in panko bread crumbs and garlic. The dish had many flavors but they all came back to the theme. Probably order something different next time just to try more of the menu, but I'm getting that ricotta again no matter what.

I was immediately seated upon arriving to Pizzeria Vetri. I was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, at a table, or at the pizza counter. I chose the pizza counter so that I could watch staff making pizzas. As I was there on my own, the serving staff continued to stop by and check on me. The menu includes neopolitan pizzas (12" feeding 1-2 people) and metro pizzas (28" feeding 3-4 people). They make pizzas, calzones, antipasti, and salads.
