I must say, my experience with Viva Aerobus was actually a good one. The last time I used was with relatives (including my three grands). Much larger group in 2023.
I remember dealing with front desk staff because my grand kids were under 18 years of age. They needed extra verification from parent. That took another 30 minutes or so. I normally don't use Viva but the price my family and I got for this weeks Pto Vallarta getaway was better than Volaris.
The plane was clean, the staff were friendly, polite and super helpful. I liked how they all worked together as a team. Every flight attendant did their share in communicating to one another. They kept traffic in the aisles moving, if we appeared lost, they made sure you were headed toward the right direction and more importantly, towards the right seat. When one was having issues placing their carry-on inside over head bins, there an attendant ready to assist. I also liked how the team directed traffic up and down the aisle so that passengers were delaying others from passing through to get to their assigned seat.
The flight team appeared overall had good energy.
Shout out to Viva crew that flew out Tuesday, April 29, 2025, 955am, from Tijuana airport to Vallarta, Mexico
My only dislike: passengers were allowed to get up and get their suit cases from overhead bins, a free for all. The impatient passengers basically took over, not allowing others to move ahead of them, in a systematic fashion. read more
