Earlier this summer, our family had the privilege of taking a vacation through Nice, Florence, and…read moreVenice. We originally attempted to plan everything ourselves--flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing--but quickly realized how overwhelming it was to manage all the moving pieces. That's when we decided to try a travel agent (with all the online travel booking sites, I didn't even realize they still existed!) And we are so incredibly grateful we did! From the very first conversation, Natalie took the time to understand our family's needs, interests, and travel style. She handled everything--airfare, hotel reservations, ground transportation, activities, and dining recommendations--with such care, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm. She even thought of things we hadn't considered, and her advice elevated our trip in ways we never expected. One of the most helpful tools she provided was the TripPlan app, which housed our complete itinerary, step-by-step check-in instructions, flight details, hotel info, and all our travel arrangements organized by day and location. It also included Natalie's personalized suggestions, travel tips, and hidden gems for each destination. That app became our travel bible--it truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was how much Natalie cares. She clearly has deep knowledge of each destination and it shows in the thoughtful touches and curated experiences she builds into her plans. She went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a memorable and meaningful vacation, and we felt fully supported every step of the way. Natalie didn't just help us plan a vacation--she helped us create lifelong memories. We can't thank her enough and are already looking forward to working with her again for our next adventure. Thank you, Natalie and Olive Travel Agency--you are simply the best!

I'm so glad I found this agency here on trusty Yelp, and had Marlo as the travel agent for our…read moreanniversary cruise. I found her to be so knowledgeable about cruise lines and cruising in general, it's different than other types of travel with lots of ins and outs. For my last big anniversary cruise I used AAA and was not too happy so wanted to look elsewhere this time. They messed up my airline reservation, resulting in a missed flight which was no bueno. Anyway, Marlo was so helpful finding the perfect cruise line for us. I gave her the destinations I wanted along the Aegean Sea, thinking we had to use a small cruise line and she found one we liked much better, Norwegian, with a great package that stayed within our budget. We wanted to arrive a few days early and enjoy the first destination, Athens, and she helped by giving us a good variety of hotel choices, airline deviation (from the cruise line air reservations), and transfers to the port and airports. She's been to Athens and knew the area. This was a big job that needed an expert, and she handled it seamlessly. Her communication was great the whole way through, and she always responded quickly. Even when we experienced a snafu while on our trip (a driver's fault) she was available to get us an immediate refund. Most importantly, she helped us to have the trip of a lifetime with all details taken care of, an amazing 35th anniversary celebration. I couldn't be happier, Marlo is the best!

I would not hesitate to use Marlo again and if you have a destination in mind, definitely reach out to her!
