Great Restaurant with a big menu that has something to offer for every taste and mood! Loved the decorations and how friendly the staff was. Their food is AMAZING!

I never thought that Windsor would have such a good Italian pizza place! (But then I learned that there are a lot of Italians and good Italian restaurant in the town) The pizza here was made in a traditional Italian pizza oven with woodfire. We ordered Mediterranean as the waiter recommended and it tasted awesome! It's crunchy on the side but with a lot of flavours and ingredients on the top - olives, red peppers, chicken, tomato, cheese and some sliced basils. It's tasty and right amount of cheese as it's not so heavy. And everything pairs well with a bit acidity from the tomatoes! The service here is awesome! I love everything here for my first visit and will def come back! PS: they opened pretty late! So if you are in town late or get hungry at night, feel free to try this place!

We came here for a family lunch and it was great! The service was amazing, attentive and very accommodating for our large group. The food was AMAZING. We had to wait a while for all the dishes to arrive, but it was well worth it. The portions were huge (I don't think anyone was able to finish their plate). The star of the show was the meatballs. They were the size of your fist and were melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Also, are perfect for sharing. Two meatballs can feed a family of four. Definitely a gem of a restaurant and serves the best Italian food in Windsor.

Hands down the best Italian food I've had ever! I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and my sister ordered pizza. The pasta was perfectly al dente topped with a delicious mix of ground meat and just the right amount of sauce. The server gave us a bowl of parmesan so we could take as much or as little as we wanted. My sister's margarita pizza was thin and seemed to have been cooked in a wood fired oven. We ended the meal with tiramisu, which, you guessed right, was the best I ever had AGAIN! Our server was excellent. He was quiet but uber attentive. He anticipated our needs, and our water glasses were never empty. We got lucky and were able to sit outside without waiting on a Wednesday night, because we saw a few large groups that wanted to sit inside needing to wait. Maybe next time we will make a reservation if we want to sit inside.

My pizza. I can almost smell it......

This family-run joint has been slinging Windsor's legendary thin-crust pizza since '59, and I'm dying for more. That crispy, cornmeal-dusted dough is straight-up addictive--crunchy, chewy, and topped with their fiery, tomato-packed sauce and melty Galati mozzarella. Toss on that shredded pepperoni, and I'm starving already! I got a split pizza--Angry Hawaiian and Angry Canadian with extra basil. The Angry Hawaiian was a spicy-sweet dream with juicy pineapple. The Angry Canadian? Oh man, bacon, mushrooms, and that peppery sauce had me eating non-stop. The taste vibes were unreal. Every crust was golden, crispy perfection. And to top it all off those fresh-made cannolis with my Italian espresso? Creamy, sweet heaven--I think I'm going to go past there tonight and get some more! The vibe's warm, the staff's like your best buds, and curbside pickup's super quick. I also noticed in the menu some Gluten-free options to keep everyone happy so that was nice too. Antonino's is really a Windsor pizza done right. I'm counting down to my next slice!

Would come back, especially for that. The vibe was lovely and fun on a Saturday night. We started with the burrata, which was excellent. It wasn't just a basic arugula and burrata situation, it was well seasoned with a really nice olive oil, lemon, and balsamic combination that made it feel elevated. It also came with baguette slices, but those are made with their pizza dough (which contains eggs). Once we mentioned my egg intolerance, our server was incredibly kind and checked with the kitchen, and they were able to make alternative slices using their gluten-free dough. Really appreciated that extra effort. The Grandma's Pizza (we did it on the gluten-free crust because of the egg) was pretty good. The crust itself was solid, especially for gluten-free. The toppings leaned heavier on the cheese than the sauce, and I didn't love the cheese as much, but it was still an enjoyable dish overall. Service really stood out -- everyone we interacted with at the bar was friendly, attentive, and accommodating.

I remember when it was just a carry-out place before the built up the restaurant on the side, when we would just eat pizza out of a box on the sidewalk. On this day, we eat at their restaurant, and it is always so good. I have been craving a salad, and their rucola salad was so refreshing and delicious. I have been seeing people eat a kale Caesar salad, while this is not exactly like it, it seems close and such a good balance with the rich pizza. I got a limoncello drink, and an Aperol spritz, both nice a refreshing. The spritz was not the best I have had, but still worth trying. The limoncello drink was really good, definitely get this one. We also tried the red ale, very nice and drinkable. We had two pizzas. One was a red sauce cheese pizza with spinach, and the other was a white pizza, the Marguerita, with roasted garlic. The crust is so good, so thin. This place was on Food Network for a reason ( I remember so long ago seeing this place featured on TV). It is such a classic place. It wasn't even the food because the pizza was okay. The service really didn't hit it off for me at all though. It was a late night and it was about to be closing time in the next hour from when I was sitting down but I only sat at the bar just to grab a bite. I didn't even want any drinks. We sat down and we waited for water for a while and then it took a while to get our order taken, which was already inconvenient. I could see that we were the inconvenience because the bartender was already cleaning up so we weren't getting as much attention as we could have gotten. Even though we didn't really want anything except to put in an order for food. The bartender acted like we were stopping him from working to close the bar, which I can understand. At the same time you're not supposed to let your customers know that you feel a way about them sitting down. The food came super late as well so that also was not really a good experience. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get one pizza pie out of the oven especially when it's an empty restaurant, just about because everybody's about to leave so there wasn't a crowd. The only thing that I give 3 stars as a par for is just because the pizza was pretty good but for everything else I wasn't super pleased last time I was at home. It was opening day weekend the last time I was there and I am sure that everybody was taking a beating because downtown was so lively but at the same time you never let your customers know.

I don't know what this man's intentions were, but he could've came up to me and just simply asked "are you doing okay? is there anything i can do for you?" instead of scooping me out as if i was getting ready to commit a crime. as I spend more time being back in my home in Detroit, i'm just not understanding why it's too difficult to receive decent and humane customer service. i'm just in complete concern & dismay due to this experience, do so much better.
