I've used Vitello's twice for my house. One was a deep cleaning and the second was a maintenance cleaning. The deep cleaning was done pretty well. I noticed the ring around my toilet was still visible and asked her to clean that off. That was one thing that peeved me. Their pricing for the deep cleaning was very reasonable and she even gave me a military discount. The second time she also did a good job, but I noticed a rust ring in my sink and again I had to ask her to clean that off in which she stated that she would try CLR on it and it was gone. She answers my messages within a reasonable time and her schedule availability is pretty good. I am very particular about how my house is cleaned and that is why she gets 4 stars. read more

Excellent service! I would definitely ignore the bad reviews and comments and give her a try. Decent price for quality service. Micaela gave me a time frame when she will arrive. It just all depends on when she gets done with her appointment before mine which is understandable. She text me when she was on her way. She text me when she was stuck in traffic. And She arrived on time. Micaela provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, polite, patient, and professional. I hired her to clean my in-law's bathrooms. They have health limitations. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Pay attention to the reviews, they are accurate. DO NOT use this company unless you are okay with last minute cancellations or scheduling changes. She texted me 45 MINUTES before her appointment to say she couldn't make it. I contacted Vitello's Cleaning Service to clean out my apartment since I am moving out due to a deployment. Micaela quoted me over the phone $170 with a military discount and scheduled an appointment for Friday Feb 27th @ 1:30 PM. I mentioned to her that I absolutely needed it completed Friday since it was my last day of leasing the apartment, which she acknowledged. Friday at 12:45 PM she texted me (Not Call) that she would need to reschedule it for 3:45 PM. Since I have already moved out of my apartment and am temporarily living an hour away until I deploy, I was already on the highway headed to my apartment to meet her when she texted me. I have plans already set in place for the rest of day that meeting her at 3:45pm would be nearly impossible, so I asked if I needed to be there (assuming I could just unlock the place letting her do the job and I would return later to lock it up). She then texted me to contact her friend and see if they could do the job!?! I did call the number she provided and for some reason no one would answer. This was my last day to get this done so I had to pay extra to have the place cleaned by another cleaning service since it was such short notice. I requested that Vitello's refund me the extra amount I would be charged over their quote since they failed to notify me in a timely manner of the issue or make arrangements with her "friend" to fill the appointment. She stated that no she would not refund me the money since the quote was free. As you can read in other reviews, she has fallen through on others and has been unprofessional with her customers. To put the icing on the cake, she had the audacity to text me after I had explained to her how dissatisfied I was with her unprofessionalism "Have a wonderful day".....what a slap in the face to military veterans in a tight situation she had created for them. read more

I would give her a big fat ZERO if it was a choice. She changed our day to today so she could enjoy yesterday with her father for her birthday. I changed my schedule and guess what? She didn't show up or call. Of course I have out of state guests arriving and with my bad back this would have really helped me out. I needed a house cleaned on short notice - after placing at least 10 calls, I finally got Vitello's booked to clean a rental property for me. The tenants left the place dirty and they came in and made the house sparkle. I definitely will use them again and would highly recommend them. I called last week and made an appointment for her to come to my home and give me an estimate to clean my empty home when I move in a few weeks. She made the appointment for last night. She never showed up. She never called. I left her a voice message which she did not reply to. I gave her 1 star because she answered the phone when I first called. I used Vitello's for the first time a week or two ago and I was very satisfied with the job they did...my apartment is finally clean like it hasn't been since I moved in! Let me say that I contacted two other cleaning services that I found online before I found Vitello's and both were completely unprofessional and flaky. One didn't show up for an appointment that we had and when I called them to see where they were they didn't answer and never got back to me Vitello's was the opposite of these other places- they were on time, extremely professional and did a very thorough job cleaning. Micaela is very nice and made sure to ask exactly what I wanted so that she could do just that. She was also extremely accommodating. I had to go to class while she was at the house and my class ended up running over and I couldn't get back in time to pay her. She was willing to come meet me but she also had that iphone app on her phone so I was able to pay her over the phone by just giving her my credit card info. I thought that was great! Technically, I could call up Micaela, schedule her to clean my house, and she could go there, clean it, and I could pay her all without me even being in town if I wanted. Very convenient.
