I came across Vitello's Cleaning Service via Facebook ad and I reached out to the owner via messenger. I got a response promptly, I asked for a quote for a move-out cleaning service and scheduled the appointment with Micaela. She showed up on time, did a walk through with me and gave me an estimate time of when she got done. Even though it took her longer than expected to finish the cleaning, she was very thorough and did a great job cleaning our apartment. I will definitely use her service again and highly recommend her services! read more

I've used Vitello's twice for my house. One was a deep cleaning and the second was a maintenance cleaning. The deep cleaning was done pretty well. I noticed the ring around my toilet was still visible and asked her to clean that off. That was one thing that peeved me. Their pricing for the deep cleaning was very reasonable and she even gave me a military discount. The second time she also did a good job, but I noticed a rust ring in my sink and again I had to ask her to clean that off in which she stated that she would try CLR on it and it was gone. She answers my messages within a reasonable time and her schedule availability is pretty good. I am very particular about how my house is cleaned and that is why she gets 4 stars. read more

Excellent service! I would definitely ignore the bad reviews and comments and give her a try. Decent price for quality service. Micaela gave me a time frame when she will arrive. It just all depends on when she gets done with her appointment before mine which is understandable. She text me when she was on her way. She text me when she was stuck in traffic. And She arrived on time. Micaela provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, polite, patient, and professional. I hired her to clean my in-law's bathrooms. They have health limitations. So it was very nice for them to have this done. She did an excellent job! She took her time and was very thorough. My in-laws were very happy! And we are definitely going to hire her again for future cleaning services! read more

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Pay attention to the reviews, they are accurate. DO NOT use this company unless you are okay with last minute cancellations or scheduling changes. She texted me 45 MINUTES before her appointment to say she couldn't make it. I contacted Vitello's Cleaning Service to clean out my apartment since I am moving out due to a deployment. Micaela quoted me over the phone $170 with a military discount and scheduled an appointment for Friday Feb 27th @ 1:30 PM. I mentioned to her that I absolutely needed it completed Friday since it was my last day of leasing the apartment, which she acknowledged. Friday at 12:45 PM she texted me (Not Call) that she would need to reschedule it for 3:45 PM. Since I have already moved out of my apartment and am temporarily living an hour away until I deploy, I was already on the highway headed to my apartment to meet her when she texted me. I have plans already set in place for the rest of day that meeting her at 3:45pm would be nearly impossible, so I asked if I needed to be there (assuming I could just unlock the place letting her do the job and I would return later to lock it up). She then texted me to contact her friend and see if they could do the job!?! I did call the number she provided and for some reason no one would answer. This was my last day to get this done so I had to pay extra to have the place cleaned by another cleaning service since it was such short notice. I requested that Vitello's refund me the extra amount I would be charged over their quote since they failed to notify me in a timely manner of the issue or make arrangements with her "friend" to fill the appointment. She stated that no she would not refund me the money since the quote was free. As you can read in other reviews, she has fallen through on others and has been unprofessional with her customers. To put the icing on the cake, she had the audacity to text me after I had explained to her how dissatisfied I was with her unprofessionalism "Have a wonderful day".....what a slap in the face to military veterans in a tight situation she had created for them. read more

I would give her a big fat ZERO if it was a choice. She changed our day to today so she could enjoy yesterday with her father for her birthday. I changed my schedule and guess what? She didn't show up or call. Of course I have out of state guests arriving and with my bad back this would have really helped me out. I requested a full refund from Amazon Local who have always been good about these problems. read more

I needed a house cleaned on short notice - after placing at least 10 calls, I finally got Vitello's booked to clean a rental property for me. The tenants left the place dirty and they came in and made the house sparkle. I definitely will use them again and would highly recommend them. The owner was quite professional, very kind and in my opinion very reasonably priced. Thank you for doing such an excellent job and fitting me in on such short notice, I appreciated the high level of customer service! read more

Horrible horrible service. Michaela was late very unprofessional she had her toddler daughter on site while deep cleaning. Kinda bothered me and I would not recommend her. Found scratches wood floors and forgot a trash bag in garage. read more

Stay clear of this company, they were very late unprofessional, the lady that came out laughed and rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional who does that in someone else's home. This was a consultation she will not be getting my business, And hopefully not yours either read more

I had my 4bed/3ba house deep cleaned by Vitello cleaning. What an amazing job! I'm very particular about how my house is cleaned and these ladies are professional and highly skilled. I'm prepared to hire their qservice on a regular basis. They were on time, fulfilled the commitment made, and I had no unpleasant surprises (broken items or uncleaned areas). read more

Micaela was great at communicating via email and by phone. She was flexible with her time and did a great job cleaning our house. We had tough cabinets with lots of nooks and crannies that she got spotless. Our landlord was pleased when she returned to the house. I would recommend her for move-out cleans. read more

I had my house cleaned yesterday by this company and I had a great experience. She let me know how much it would be before her crew started cleaning. I must say, my house looks great! Her staff was also very sweet. I plan on using her company again and again! read more

Micaela cleaned my home wonderfully. She is very professional n did a great job. My home looks great. I highly recommend her. I will give her three stars because she was late and it wasn't until I contacted her that she reached out to me and told me she was running late. read more

I have used this service since March-my husband and I knew we had to terminate services-cleaning got less and less-constant changing of times and dates, not dusting entire rooms, broke a part on my range(no note)-then this weekend went to use my computer and realized she had tried to print a copy of her check! Claims she didn't use my computer.... when I asked her about she told me she was happy not to be cleaning my house anymore. Wow! read more

I hired Michaela to clean my elderly father's home and she soon became a friend who he looked forward to seeing every week. Later, I hired her to clean some of our houses to get them ready for sale. She was very through and fairly priced. I highly recommend Vitellos, they are great at what they do. read more

I cannot comment on how this business cleans. I was not given the opportunity to hire her. I called last week and made an appointment for her to come to my home and give me an estimate to clean my empty home when I move in a few weeks. She made the appointment for last night. She never showed up. She never called. I left her a voice message which she did not reply to. I gave her 1 star because she answered the phone when I first called. I will say that her demeanor on the phone did not sound cheerful at all. Very lackluster. That should have been my first clue. read more

Micaela cleaned my house for about a year before I moved out of the area. She was always easy to schedule, prompt, and did a very thorough job. I was especially impressed by my move-out cleaning, which earned back my entire security deposit. She also set very reasonable prices, in my opinion, compared to other quotes that I got. Good communication and very easy to work with. read more

I used Vitello's Cleaning Service for the first time as a move out cleaning. Micaela did an excellent job and cleaned every nook and cranny of the 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit. She made the place sparkle. Her rates were half of what the unit owner wanted to charge us for a move out cleaning. I would definitely use her again for regular home cleaning services. Her busy schedule is testimony to her large group of clientele. I had no problems communicating with her through telephone and she was punctual. read more

I set an appt. with Mikaela for a rental property needing cleaning. She was not there at the scheduled appt. time and after calling her several times, and waiting an hour, I left. She called me back later saying that her grandmother passed away the night before, and she would not come out and could not refer me to anyone. Though I understand things happen, she is running a business and a no-show is simply unacceptable. ***UNRELIABLE and IRRESPONSIBLE*** read more

I had Vitello's come in for a move-out cleaning. I am completely satisfied with the thorough job that was done. Tim and his crew showed up on time (actually early), and worked their tails off. I would have no qualms about recommending this company to family and friends. read more

I learned of her after she got rave reviews for doing a moving out cleaning my friend's 2 bed/1 ba house full of dog hair. I had my 2bed/2bath house cleaned after moving out and Micaela was fabulous! (and we're military so we have lots to compare to) She was flexible, readily available last minute, professional, and very thorough. I wish I had known about her earlier to have her do regular cleanings, and I would recommend her for both services! read more

I hired Vitello's Cleaning for a move out of my daughters apartment. The although there were some challenges in one of the rooms, they took it in stride, and did not try to charge me more. The work was exceptional and for the first time, we got our deposit back!!! I would highly recommend this service. You can't go wrong. Trustworthy, great prices, and on time . I could not ask for anything more. read more

I used Vitello's for the first time a week or two ago and I was very satisfied with the job they did...my apartment is finally clean like it hasn't been since I moved in! Let me say that I contacted two other cleaning services that I found online before I found Vitello's and both were completely unprofessional and flaky. One didn't show up for an appointment that we had and when I called them to see where they were they didn't answer and never got back to me Vitello's was the opposite of these other places- they were on time, extremely professional and did a very thorough job cleaning. Micaela is very nice and made sure to ask exactly what I wanted so that she could do just that. She was also extremely accommodating. I had to go to class while she was at the house and my class ended up running over and I couldn't get back in time to pay her. She was willing to come meet me but she also had that iphone app on her phone so I was able to pay her over the phone by just giving her my credit card info. I thought that was great! Technically, I could call up Micaela, schedule her to clean my house, and she could go there, clean it, and I could pay her all without me even being in town if I wanted. Very convenient. I definitely planning on using them again. read more
