I have been worried about replacing my old one but he assured me that they would do an amazing job, and they gave me a fair price. This morning Rafael, Josh and Arturo showed up, the nicest guys you could ever meet. They checked out the location of the unit and immediately set out to work. I couldn't believe how fast the old one came down and the new one went up. My roof is slanted with solar panels up there, there is a 4ft wide space in between but it requires care when maneuvering around them. Several other men came just to help swap the units and then they were gone. Again really nice young men. There were lots of things concerning the old cooler, I didn't know it wasn't installed many years ago correctly so while we had lots of air in our attic was very cool LOL They made sure it was perfect, I'm so happy with the installation, Rafael, Josh and Arturo are truly professionals but more then that they are a pleasure to have do the work. I have been using Anderson since we moved here in 2002, wouldn't use any other company. Thank you so much.. talk about quick service got quote quote one day and next day installed... can't ask for better.

However, for something outside of my scope, I have to rely on the responsiveness of vendors. Often, this is a frustrating experience since sometime vendors just cont answer calls or texts or won't reply at all. Battleborn Vents exceeded my expectations! Of the 3 dryer vent cleaning companies I called, not only did BBV *answer*, then call me back asap, but even was able to squeeze in a service in between calls! Imagine a new rental with so much hair in the vents it was very nearly a fire hazard, and 1 company didn't respond/answer at all and another was over 2 weeks out - ma'am, the place would be ashes by then! If you need vents wept clean don't want to get blown off, call Battleborn Vents! Professional, prompt and at a very reasonable rate for an urgent service call they went out of their way to accommodate - that's service worth a shout out! Look at my photos! Results are clear and so is the dryer vent!!

He actively communicated with me via text, trying to fit me into the schedule--multiple times. Was really going out of his way. Just fantastic follow-up and follow-through. Jorge's level of service--EXCEPTIONAL. Kind and considerate, and went the extra mile multiple times. We were having an issue with our dryer telling us our vent was blocked. Jorge checked the vent from outside the house, explaining what he was seeing as he cleared out whatever he could find. Since that didn't fix the dryer issue, the dryer company sent out a (pretty lazy) service person, who took a brief look and said it was still the vent. Jorge offered to come back and take another look, even going down in the crawl space to disassemble and reassemble the dryer vent to see what else he could find. Nothing. It's actually the dryer that has a wonky sensor--thanks to Jorge's genial hard work, we now know this definitively. Thanks guys. Highly recommend this pleasant and professional service team, and will work with them again.

Absolutely phenomenal work ethic with quality service, i.e., having completed the dryer vent…read morecleaning I was given the results of the air flow test before I had thought to ask! Having moved on to cleaning the refrigerator cooling mechanism the first step was to closely examine the type of footing it had and adjust accordingly. Afterwards the kitchen floor was vacuumed and the refrigerator adjusters set to insure it was absolutely level, hence another reason yet for continuous annual appointments without a second thought.

He went above and beyond at the house, putting on a new dryer hose at no cost. He also had to go into the crawlspace after the air pressure to clean the vent was not working. That's where he found a broken hose that he fixed it at no extra cost! I'd be writing a good review even if they hadn't done those extra things because they were efficient, thorough, and explained everything they were doing at each step (because my job needed extra steps). I love supporting family-owned and newer businesses who have integrity and care about doing a good job at a reasonable price. I will be proud to be a returning customer of Mountain Top Vents and will trust them also with my refrigerator and AC unit in the near future.

I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals).
