Imagine a new rental with so much hair in the vents it was very nearly a fire hazard, and 1 company didn't respond/answer at all and another was over 2 weeks out - ma'am, the place would be ashes by then! He actively communicated with me via text, trying to fit me into the schedule--multiple times. Was really going out of his way. Just fantastic follow-up and follow-through. Jorge's level of service--EXCEPTIONAL. Kind and considerate, and went the extra mile multiple times. We were having an issue with our dryer telling us our vent was blocked. Jorge checked the vent from outside the house, explaining what he was seeing as he cleared out whatever he could find. Since that didn't fix the dryer issue, the dryer company sent out a (pretty lazy) service person, who took a brief look and said it was still the vent. Jorge offered to come back and take another look, even going down in the crawl space to disassemble and reassemble the dryer vent to see what else he could find. Nothing. It's actually the dryer that has a wonky sensor--thanks to Jorge's genial hard work, we now know this definitively. Thanks guys. I have been worried about replacing my old one but he assured me that they would do an amazing job, and they gave me a fair price. This morning Rafael, Josh and Arturo showed up, the nicest guys you could ever meet. They checked out the location of the unit and immediately set out to work. I couldn't believe how fast the old one came down and the new one went up. My roof is slanted with solar panels up there, there is a 4ft wide space in between but it requires care when maneuvering around them. Several other men came just to help swap the units and then they were gone. Again really nice young men. There were lots of things concerning the old cooler, I didn't know it wasn't installed many years ago correctly so while we had lots of air in our attic was very cool LOL They made sure it was perfect, I'm so happy with the installation, Rafael, Josh and Arturo are truly professionals but more then that they are a pleasure to have do the work. I have been using Anderson since we moved here in 2002, wouldn't use any other company. Rates are very competitive to others. There was a little bit of a wait until they responded to confirm my appointment time. They're busy, it's a local small group, they did respond within 3 to 4 business days. When it came time for the job, they were communicative and let me know when they were set to arrive. I needed to make some last-minute adjustments to the projects that I had initially ordered, and they accommodated without any issues. They were super professional, and my nephew was with us, very kid friendly. They also had protective carpet booties. We will be using them again in the future! No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. They do a lot of other cleaning and restoration work. I only tried them for the dryer vent cleaning but would try them again on other jobs. Give them a call.
