Scott is a one man operation with a desire to treat people with respect and dignity. He is very pleasant and truly cares about people and his business. He Tried his best to Fix the double door situation, replacing the Seal and even heating the Seal Between the Two Doors to no avail. I texted Elijah and he responded promptly and advised he could be here 2 days later. I sent him photos of the make and model ahead of time. When he showed up he immediately assessed the situation and discovered that our crushed ice feature had frozen up and blocked any ice from exiting the dispenser on the door. Elijah is very thorough and pulled the fridge out from the wall only to find that the guys that installed it 2 years ago didn't tighten the water line all the way. So not only did he honestly research and repair our issue he found another potential problem and corrected it before it became a major issue.
