While he was waiting to make sure the repair worked properly, and it did, he checked out an issue with my stove top without charging me any extra. This is the kind of service you will never get from companies with a fleet of trucks and employees who come and go. Scott is a one man operation with a desire to treat people with respect and dignity. He is very pleasant and truly cares about people and his business.
