Stopped by Chill N Out UTC yesterday and had a great first visit. Elizabeth gave me a tour, walked…read moreme through all the modalities, and answered every question without any pressure. Ended up signing up for a membership on the spot. Did a 30-minute infrared sauna session and the red light bed. Both excellent. The space is clean, calm, and well laid out. If you're into recovery or just want to feel better, this place is a gem. Thanks Elizabeth!

Let me tell you how skeptical I was about a place like this. My job had a health fair and invited…read more"Chill N Out" to be a part of it. I did a spin-to-win session and got a B12 shot. The next day, I found out I won the raffle for a one-month membership. Let me just say how incredible this place has been. Aria has been amazing every step of the way--from setting everything up to walking us around the entire facility and explaining in detail everything they offer and the benefits of each service. I brought my wife with me, and she had been interested in a place like this for a while. We both did the cryotherapy, and I felt so rejuvenated afterward. I also tried the leg compression, which felt amazing. Another coworker of mine did the infrared sauna and then the cryotherapy back-to-back, and he said it was incredible as well and that he'll be going back. I can't mention everything because I haven't tried all their services yet, but if you want more details, I highly recommend giving them a call. The sessions aren't too expensive, and if you get a membership, you can bring someone with you for just $20 per session. I cannot recommend Chill N Out enough--not just for how clean the place is, but for how friendly and attentive the staff are. I'll definitely be going back more often and getting a month-to-month membership for the foreseeable future.

Update! I never heard back from this group; though they…read moretold us all on Yelp they would make it right:-( Their IV drips made me very weak & tired. I have had other IV's in the past and felt better but not at this place. Also, BEWARE, true medical professionals don't continue to charge a patient when you have informed them that you can no longer use their product due to an adverse side effect.

I reached out to the Hydration Room who got me in that same afternoon, I was evaluated by an RN who reviewed my medications and history, discussed what I was hoping to achieve today, really listened to understand what was going on, and made a recommendation that we went with. The nurse was meticulous putting-in and removing the IV, pinch going in wasn't any worse than a blood draw, infusion itself was painless (and not cold? I'm always cold when hooked up to an IV). A couple hours after leaving I felt noticeably better, woke up the next morning feeling like my old self, followed by a great workout. The facility was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. I'm so grateful something like Hydration Room exists, that I didn't have to seek other medical treatment just for fluids. I don't recommend you allow yourself to get as dehydrated as I was, but if you are Hydration Room should be your first call.

I recently had an opportunity to try a drip IV infusion in the comfort of my own home. I was very…read moresatisfied with the service overall and want to share my experience. My RN, Anthony, was exceptionally attentive to my fear of needles. He took extra care to ease my anxiety by using a smaller needle. I felt a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being shortly after the treatment. Overall, it was a positive and convenient way to receive hydration and vitamins to boost my immune system. The office experience was great; fast intake process, simple questionnaires, easy to sign waiver through an e-doc.

After a lot of back-and-forth with whoever answered the phone, they said I had to be cleared by their "nurse practitioner" before I could get the IV. They booked the appointment. Eventually, the day of the appointment, they called. The NP asked some benign questions. Then I got text saying that they wouldn't do the IV. "Would not" give an IV?!?! I have a lot of "doctor" friends and 4 of them NEVER heard of denying someone an IV. I think the "nurse practitioner" was an idiot. Now I have to scramble to find another option. I would not recommend this company. There are lot of alternatives in the Palm Springs area. No reason to go to these clowns.

Dr. Nikzad is truly the best medical professional I have ever seen. I saw her for alopecia areata,…read morewhich she addressed and also looked at other things. If you're trying to be at 100% health, she will do her best to get you there. I saw so many doctors and she was the only one who improved my alopecia and I saw hair growth. Sadly I had to move out of state and could no longer see her, but I bet if I had continued I would have had full regrowth. Shes genuinely caring of her patients and is a kind hearted person. She deserves the praise and I hope her practice gets all the attention is deserves. Thank you Dr. Nikzad. -Ariana

I've been seeing Dr. Roya for a year and a half now. A few days postpartum, I had a lot of health…read moreissues relating to gut, skin, thyroid, +. After visits to my allergist, dermatologist, and even two emergency trips to the ER and URGENT care, no one was able to help me. My problems were either undiagnosed or fed prescriptions and offered random care because I looked like "their other patients." It was frustrating. After a family member had been cured by Dr. Roya years ago, her business was referred to me. Although it being more expensive and not covered by insurance, I was desperate for answers that I'd be waiting years for (after seeing and spending $$$ to an allergist, multiple dermatologists, an ear nose throat specialist, etc). Dr. Roya was able to get to the root cause of my inflammation. Honestly, I thought Dr. Roya's NAET treatments were weird at first and sometimes I still am confused on how it works, but it's worked for me. I've spent probably close to $20,000 on packages, NAET, blood tests, laser, and acupuncture (and supplements). Expensive, but health is priceless. I've gained my life back. I followed Dr. Roya's advice on diet, blood tests, supplements, and in trusting the process. For half the time, I saw Dr. Jared Taylor at her office for most of my appointments. I was expecting her and requested her to see me at the beginning, but my care was switched to Dr. Taylor without warning. I was upset at this change and without notice, but I honestly ended up really enjoying the care that Dr. Taylor gave me. He was super patient, and took the time to understand my needs/explain things to me; whereas Dr. Roya was a little more rushed. I saw them 3 times a week for a few months, and then 2x, and then 1x. Dr. Taylor left after a few months, so I started seeing Dr. Roya again. I did end up telling her my concerns and how I felt with certain care, and she apologized so I do appreciate that. She has always tried to make things right and wants to make sure her patients are happy, so I do acknowledge that. Now I'm able to take breaks from seeing them as I enjoy my life again, go on trips, or skip if I have work obligations, etc. My health used to have a chokehold on me, on my life, on caring for my new baby. But I now have the FLEXIBILITY to go when I want. For 8 months postpartum, I could barely take care of my son without feeling pain. It took a lot of emotional and mental strength to push through, especially the diet. It took physical strength to push through the pain. But I did it. I still struggle with my skin, and that's understandable knowing how much toxic overload and buildup I've had for years, but Dr. Roya/Create Wellness has given me hope, knowledge, and a future. I feel confident or at least have hope that throughout my next pregnancies, I'll be taken care of. Thank you Dr. Roya for all your help. You know how much you mean to me. Although these people are no longer with Create Wellness, I just want to acknowledge the care from these special people who also played a part in helping me heal; Dr. Jared Taylor, Acupuncturist James Verdi, Acupuncturist Alex, Acupuncturist Masha. They also took the time to listen to my needs, make me feel heard, and took the time to answer all my questions, educate me further. While I dealt with thyroid issues alongside skin pain, that is hard to show. So below, I've shared before and after photos of my skin. I hope this can help someone else. Don't give up hope.
