I'm thrilled with the results. She does my Botox, RHA, and recently I just tried Sculptra. Being a nurse myself, I'm very picky about treatment methods. Kristine is honest and keeps it conservative. I'm one of her older clients so I'm careful not to overdo it. I like the natural look better, and she achieves this every time. I came here for botox and sporadically decided to get a syringe of lip filler. I now wish I would have had my first experience with lip filler elsewhere. I was happy at first... but a short amount of time went by and noticed a lump on my upper lip & my lower lip. I don't think Kristine massaged my lips enough. Also, upon my second injection at another location I was told that in 3 months the filler had already migrated because it was injected too superficially. Meaning she didn't go deep enough. On top of that, when I was at iThriveBeauty, I signed a document that said I didn't want my photos posted on social media & she posted me to her story. I took advantage of their special for dysport. It didn't completely take, not to mention it only lasted 1 month. When I asked for a touch up, they said they would give 15 units at no charge and I would have to pay for any additional units. It has been my experience in the past, if a customer is unhappy, touch ups are free. They didn't extend that courtesy to me. Communication is great, staff is great. My first time using botox went for a consultation.. staff and office is nice .. but I'm displeased with my results if botox to my forehead. My first time used about 20 units lasted a month. Second went back in since 20 didn't work bumped up to 30 units.. yet another month. I'm back to square one.. with a week before my wedding.. in the midst of all that, I referred a friend and she went for lip injections and botox, lips came out beautiful for her but she had the same issue with botox, well today she went in for a reevaluate of her forehead same as mines only to be told the botox is diluted with saline, I know it has to be diluted but when you given more saline than you should its worrisome... now I know everyone's face is not the same but we both have now experienced the same thing .. now when she informed me of the news ,I was shocked , as you know its costly .. and you want what you pay for. Not a diluted version .. I was tempted to go back but after her experience and what was told to me , think I'll go elsewhere.. I was just disappointed as a consumer left with the feeling its not us its you type of thing. read more

The staff at ithrive beauty is great. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. However, the botox is subpar. I have gone to several other medical spas before and have achieved much better results with less botox. It seems like they may dilute the botox and give less than they charge for. The last time I went I barely saw any difference at all and I still havent received a call back when I left a messaging questioning the results of my botox. I was looking forward to receiving Juvederm lip filler yesterday but it never happened. I purchased a Groupon (Disclaimer- NEVER had an issue with a previous groupon purchase) and made an appointment about a month ago. I was contacted by their receptionist, Lauren, twice prior to my appointment to confirm. Anyways, I get there early (as requested), get numbed and the nurse says, "okay, so I have to tell you something. This could be in or not in your favor". She then tells me that they are out of Juvederm! My options were she could give me some new product for no upgrade fee or I would need to reschedule. Ridiculous! How can a professional medical spa confirm an appointment with a client and NOT ensure they HAVE the product for that appointment?!? Insane. The nurse was wondering why I didn't want the other product- she said it's a better product... umm, I have no idea what this product is and am not going to put something in my face without researching it just because you say it's better. I've have been using Juvederm for years- that's what I paid for, confirmed my appointment for and was expecting! She also says, "I don't do inventory, I just show up and do injections". This office obviously has POOR communication! It was clear they were pushing this new product- their office had ads for it everywhere and were banking on me taking it. This place wasted my entire day- I planned it all around this appointment and even cancelled a trip because I thought I was getting my lips done. Extremely unprofessional and the nurse was rude. Oh, but they did pay for my parking - wow, thanks!!!! Do not come here!!! Immediately had my Groupon refunded. No way would I ever come back to this shady office or have that rude nurse inject me. read more

I went for Juvederm originally and had a good experience. I then went back for Botox and had a horrible experience. $420 , 40 units and 10 days later my forehead still had wrinkles as well as by my eyes. Not just a little it looked like I had nothing done. I called them up and went back in because I wanted to ask what happened? Because she really didn't put that much in my forehead at the first appointment. I was told " oh I did that on purpose because I want to see how your muscles react."And then proceeded to say " so I know how much saline to dilute it with" Huh? So you did it on purpose so I'd come back and pay more? But I paid for 40 units at the first visit? Then she pulled up the picture and compared it to my forehead 10 days later and it was the same as when I came in. She said "oh you can use a little more " then she put another syringe in same exact spots as before except this time she went across the middle of my forehead which is where it was supposed to go the first time. It's almost 2 weeks later and it's the same thing except now I have had 2 headaches and I never get headaches and my forehead feels really heavy. I can say that I have never experienced anything like this before, ever. For 40 units my whole forehead, eyes, bunny lines and glabella are frozen. It's not cool and I'm out $420. I did call to complain again and was told they have more nurses who can give me more? but I will never go back to that place again. If you need a tiny amount of Botox then this place is for you ( but expect to pay a whole lot for that little amount) but if you need a lot I would go somewhere else unless you like throwing money away. By the way this happened to my co worker and 2 other people where I work. If you complain they tell you how Botox doesn't work for you anymore and how you need dysport instead. After years of experiencing leg heaviness, restless legs and unsightly, painful, varicose veins, Dr. Damani was able to get to the root of my leg problems and worked out a treatment plan to repair my vein reflux. His staff worked with my insurance to get the entire treatment plan covered, and I was able to have RFA and Varithena done. I have had such a tremendous outcome from these treatments, and I no longer have the symptoms that I was experiencing before.
