IV Bar was the only place in San Diego I could find that is open on a Sunday. I made an appointment very easily. The facility is very clean and Ashley explained everything to me and even topped off my IV with a glutathione shot. The B-12 shot was painless. When I've had them in past they sting and are very painful. I did end up getting more sick later in the day and the next day but the cold ran through my system in 2 days and I had NO lingering symptoms. On my wedding day, I was healthy and ecstatic that I found IV Bar. I will be back!

I'd been looking for someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to help guide me into the world of…read morepeptides, and I'm so glad I found Tania! A friend of mine was visiting from out of town, and her skin and energy were just glowing. I had to ask what she was doing--and that's when I first heard about Ipamorelin and CJC-1295. After doing my own deep-dive research (and sitting on it for a couple of months), I happened to meet Tania at a pop-up and immediately knew I was in the right hands. She was incredibly sweet, took the time to explain all of her services--including peptide therapy and NAD (which I already knew I loved)--and made me feel so comfortable asking questions. As a first-time user, that meant everything to me. When I was finally ready to start, she walked me through all the benefits, what to expect, how she structures everything into cycles, and even taught me how to self-inject safely and confidently. One of the biggest perks? She delivers everything herself! Her kits are super thoughtful, neatly packaged, easy to follow, and come with everything you need--even alcohol swabs. It's organized, clean, and simple to store in your fridge. She truly makes it so easy. After researching a ton of options in San Diego, I can confidently say she's one of the most affordable--and she delivers! Now that I'm heading into month two, I can honestly say I'm seeing real results. I'm sleeping like a rock, and my skin just looks... rested. I feel like the healthiest, most youthful version of myself. People always say better sleep leads to better skin, and now I get it. I've also noticed how much quicker I'm recovering from my long runs. I'm training for a marathon, and this combo has helped so much with my muscle recovery and energy levels. I'm still able to show up in my business, be present for my family, and make time for my training without feeling depleted. It really has changed my life!! Personally, I love the combo of peptides and NAD--it's been my favorite. The cognitive clarity and energy I get from NAD make it really hard to imagine doing this journey without it. I honestly don't know how I'll ever take a break--I'm just loving the results too much. I'm so grateful for Tania and everything she's done to make this experience so supportive and easy. If you're on the fence, just know--you'll be in such good hands!!!!

I used to come here pre pandemic and even bought a $380 package for what I remember was for three…read moreor four IV sessions. Then, the pandemic hit, life happened, and I moved. IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
